For those who don’t know the area, this is your chance to explore it-local style! Downhill to the closest beach, 3min by car or 10min walk. Uphill on the way up (15 min walking unless you are super fit) through secret paths for the more adventurous. Restaurants, supermarkets, windsurfing, 5min by car or 22min walking. We offer 2 free MTBs during your stay to explore even more ;)

My place is on a slope planted with olive trees and pines and a nice view to small capes, Kassandra and mount Olympos. There is a proximate access to the road that connects village Nikiti with village Marmaras. The building is consisted of two separate houses (both of them are for booking) and it has an extended, planted and safe garden. The house is suitable for a couple or family of three. It's 400 m away from the beach Elia, 2 km from Kalogria. Access to nature beauty through a footpath.

This quiet and discreet property lies on a single private large land plot of 2.300 m2, situated in the prestigious “Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Teaching Staff’s Summer Resort” (in Greek «Οικισμός Καθηγητών Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης»), in Vourvourou (Sithonia Peninsula), Halkidiki. Distance from Thessaloniki downtown is 120 km (appx. 90΄ drive). It has undergone complete refurbishment and renovation in 2022. Also available for season or yearlong renting upon request.

It offers guests the opportunity to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst enjoying the wonderful turquoise waters of the area. The place is also recommended for sports activities such as hiking and trekking. It has a wonderful view to Mount Athos. Our house is suitable for families with children and all adult stays. The house is structured with the traditional architecture of the place, made with the materials of stone and wood.
