Villa Anna commands a fantastic position. A very short walk (literally at the end of the driveway) to the beautiful beach and a number of brilliant tavernas. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, offering privacy and luxury. The villa was immaculate, with spectacular views. Excellent sun loungers and various areas to enjoy the sun, or seek out some shade, we were very comfortable and happy. A bedding and towel change mid week was welcome. Lovely bathroom/shower rooms, with plenty of hot water. Some well stocked local supermarkets within easy walking distance, but be prepared for the steep hill to one of them. Ample parking at the villa, there are quite a few steps up to reach the villa which is above/behind Villa Paloma, which has a sign on the beachfront road.

A beautiful place to stay, very peaceful. Loved our morning and evening terraces. Amazing bird life, butterflies and plants. Everything there for cooking. Tavernas and little shops nearby. Gorgeous beach very near. Beautiful place. Definitely would recommend and would love to go back. Thank you Tonia and Toula. With best wishes Elke and Garry

Die Zeit bei Nicole haben wir sehr genossen. Sie war super flexibel, nett und hat schnell geantwortet. Die Wohnung war wie auf den Fotos und für unseren Aufenthalt perfekt. Wir hatten auch ein Quad gemietet um etwas von der Insel zu sehen, dabei hat uns Nicole auch schnell geholfen. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in einer Minute zu erreichen, jedoch würden wir empfehlen auch andere Strände zu besuchen, zum Beispiel Cameo Island, die nur etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist und einen tollen Strand bietet (5€ Eintritt aber absolut wert). Wir können nur Positive Erfahrungen mit der Unterkunft und Nicole Teilen, gerne wieder!

We really enjoyed our stay at the bungalow, it was in a good location within walking distance of a supermarket and restaurants at Porto harbour. The house had everything we needed and the pool was a great addition as it was very hot! We hired a boat from George which was a fabulous day. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Stella’s house was beautiful, the view from all the rooms was truly amazing. The villa is very well located, with great restaurants within walking distance. The pool area and many seating areas were well furnished - and the kitchen well appointed. Lorenzo was a star, very quick to respond and even did a shop for us. We would 100% return to this villa.

Toller persönlicher Empfang durchTonia. Am ersten Tag haben wir länger zusammengesessen und Tios über die Insel erhalten. Tonia hatte ein paar Lebensmittel für den ersten Abend in die Wohnung gestellt - Lage direkt an der Waterfront. Gastgebern Lage und Wohnung einfach alles perfekt - wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder Frank

Das Appartement war viel größer als gedacht, es gab eine große Terrasse und einen kleinen Balkon direkt an der Küche, was toll war. Außerdem gab es zwei Schlafzimmer und die Küche war super ausgestattet. In dem Haus liegen zwei Apartments direkt übereinander und eines noch direkt gegenüber, man muss also wissen, dass es nicht total privat ist. Das Dörfchen selbst ist sehr süß, extrem ruhig und man kann innerhalb von 20 Minuten zu guten Restaurants laufen. Nadia selbst war sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen!

We recently stayed at Villa Theano for three days and had a fantastic experience. The property is brand new, and we were impressed by its modern amenities and stylish design. The outdoor spaces are spacious and well-maintained, with a great swimming pool that offered stunning views of the sea. The host was incredibly kind and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They were attentive to our needs and provided helpful recommendations for exploring the area. Overall, Villa Theano exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Sami We hope to return in the future!

We had a brilliant stay at the Tasos Villas bungalow. The place & pool area were stunning, exactly like the photos & although close to both beach and Kalamaki centre, it was peaceful and private. We could only book 5 days here of our week in Zakynthos due to an existing booking, so were moving on for the last two nights, but we didn’t want to leave & could have stayed much longer. The welcome pack really was very welcome as we hadn’t had chance to shop & were not hiring a car until the last few days. The hosts had thought of everything, the kitchen is well equipped but big supermarkets are close to the airport (Lidl) & Zakynthos town (mymarket) so if you want to take advantage of the awesome gas BBQ & outdoor dining area you definitely need to drive to one of these to get proper evening meal supplies, as we found the local shops in Kalamaki are not stocked for this, so we ate out every night. Many thanks to Sinead & Tasos for being friendly & helpful & sharing this beautiful place.

Didn’t want to leave. This is one of the most enjoyable and relaxing holidays we have had anywhere ever and we have travelled a lot. Villa is fantastic. Slightly more expensive when used only as a couple but worth every euro for the privacy of the pool and garden. Hosts lovely. Very impressed with communication from Freelance before and during our stay including very comprehensive information about local area. Did use the hire car to go down to the beach a couple of times (beach itself a bit disappointing but nice bars and tavernas) but in the evenings walked to local bars and tavernas (Astra bar and La Mer superb). Nice little welcome pack of goodies - thank you . Only other thing to mention is that the live “entertainment “ from the Lovides village apartments next door can be loud and late 3 times a week but on the flip side probably one of the latest opening places locally for a drink so if you can’t beat them join them!! Highly recommend and really hope we can return next year.

One of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Matched the description and photos perfectly, everything was so clean, the shower was lovely and warm with good pressure. Pool was clean and a lovely addition. The place was right by the sea, you could see it from the balcony, it was so nice to be able to pop out and be in the sea in less than two minutes. We felt so at home here, all our needs were catered to, we were able to check in early and also leave our bags there all day after we had checked out. We’re both so sad to be leaving but will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Zante, I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Kanonia . Diana was so friendly and helpful via messages before we arrived and also during our stay. She helped us with everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble. She organised a brilliant boat trip, set up the BBQ as well as local recommendations. She was always on the other end of a message if needed and she made us feel so at home. The house was beautiful , we loved the garden and all the olive trees. We especially loved the walk through the woods up to a stunning look put point over the sea only 15 minutes from the house. We found some amazing places to eat within walking distance, and highly recommend 'Dopias house ' for their fresh Barracuda and Olives ! We would love to come back. This villa exceeded all our expectations, the comfort, tranquility, hospitality - incredible. We were made to feel welcome the moment we stepped in until the second we left, Sakis and his team did everything to make our stay perfect, nothing was too much trouble. Offering advice, helping book transfers and taxis, even a one to one lesson on how to make Greek coffee, Sakis was the friendliest host. Personal deliveries of pancakes and milkshakes for the children from his restaurant just next door made them feel like kings. Sakis helped us arrange a boat trip and advised which was the best value for money which was so helpful. Even though the restaurant is next door it was in no way an intrusion and we wasn’t disturbed. The food offered is lovely alongside a good choice of cocktails and a pool table - what more could you want? We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and we have recommend to family and friends. My advice? Don’t hesitate, just book, you won’t be disappointed.

What a wonderful place! The owners are absolutely lovely people who gave us such a warm welcome. We had a barbecue every day, the pool was always clean, and the apartment was spotless with everything you need for daily living. The view of the sea from the balcony in the morning is simply breathtaking. Our vacation is rated 1000000/10 ❤️ It was an amazing time, and if we could, we would stay even longer! We wholeheartedly recommend this place – it's truly worth visiting!

Very nice villa in an unbeatable location - right on the beach, short walk to restaurants, bars, shop, watersports. Pool is small, but it’s a lovely place to sit out - poolside furniture must have been replaced since other reviews, we found it fine. Terrace is a great place to eat dinner or take in the view. Some more comfortable chairs here would have helped, but it’s a superb setting. The little garden is a bonus, with banana palms and lime and orange trees. Host was slow to respond before we arrived, but then very helpful with instructions, late check-out and dealing with household rubbish (dumpsters arrive and disappear sporadically). The beach is a beautiful place to sunbathe and also to swim, especially in the mornings when it is glassy flat. Perfect resort for us - plenty of eats/drinks but relatively undeveloped/non-touristy. A few snags stop it being ‘luxury’ - the kitchen units a bit beaten up, our bedside lights didn’t work - but aircon and showers were excellent

We had an amazing stay at Nelion's place. The house is practically touching the water, and is a pleasure to stay in, with the soothing sound of the waves, a gorgeous view, a boat and snorkeling equipment available. It's like having your own private piece of the sea. Highly recommended.

Had a fantastic stay at Sofita Sea View Apartment, on the main Street of Argassi which was fab as we could walk to all the restaurants and shops etc. But was still at a more peaceful and quiet end of the street. Windows do a good job at keeping noise out. Place was clean and beautiful with everything you need. Host was great at communicating and very friendly, she also messaged to check in half way through to ask how our stay was going. I would definitely come back!

Spyros a été très accommodant pour nous accueillir à 22h00. L'emplacement est idéal pour une vue imprenable sur le port et pour marcher à tous les restaurants, cafés et bars de la ville. Le balcon est immense pour apprécier un bon repas à l'appartement. À deux pas de l'épicerie et de tous les services. L'appartement est très grand, idéal pour 4 personnes sans soucis et ultra insonorisé et tranquille malgré l'emplacement au centre de la rue principale du port.

Séjour parfait ! Nous avons apprécié l’accueil chaleureux et les conseils de notre hôte. La chambre était conforme à la description et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. L’accès à la mer direct est un plus que nous avons fortement apprécié. Le jardin mis à disposition est lui aussi une belle surprise. Même si Laganas est connue pour la fête, le logement reste éloigné et nous n’avons pas été dérangé par cela. Vous pouvez vous y rendre les yeux fermés 😊

Absolutely delightful stay! Danai and Maria were very welcoming. The apartment was perfect and in a wonderful location for exploring the island. The restaurant downstairs was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

Wir (ein Paar) hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Ivana & Dionisis. Das Apartment ist schön und hat eine tolle Terrasse mit Meerblick. Unweit des Apartments gibt es zahlreiche tolle Buchten/Strände. In der Taverne der Besitzer kann man gut essen. Die Besitzer servieren ihren eigenen Wein und eigenes Öl. Beides sehr gut! Ivana hat uns bestens versorgt und war sehr aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Nikos und seine Mutter sind wunderbare Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung hat einen direkten Zugang zu einem Kieselstrand und man hat Meerblick von der tollen Terrasse. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Ausstattung ist gut. Es gibt auf dem Gelände viele streunende Katzen, die sehr kontaktfreudig sind, toll für Katzenliebhaber. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt
