Appartamentino di recente ristrutturazione, molto carino, posto al secondo piano di una palazzina a 3 piani. Anche se a volte rumoroso per via della strada sottostante, c'è un balcone spazioso per prendere il caffè la mattina. Alexandra e Fotis molto cordiali e disponibili a dare suggerimenti sui posti più interessanti dell'isola. Molto utile il posto auto privato e al coperto. Posizione ottima, vicina al porto, stazione bus e strada principale di Zakynthos.

Het appartement ligt midden in de stad, er is veel te doen en op 3 minuten lopen is een heel leuk pleintje met genoeg restaurants. Het appartement heeft goede airco en goede bedden. We hebben echt heel erg genoten. Ook is er een wasmachine wat erg fijn is. Het balkon is heel groot en er is een mooie tafel buiten waar je met genoeg mensen aan kan zitten.

It was an amazing stay to say the least!The host is a very welcoming and kind person. The communication was great from the moment we booked the apartment till the checkout. The house was very clean and tidy, it felt like home right away. Bedsheets, kitchen, bathroom were all very clean and spotless. The place is very close to Solomos square so restaurants and shops are in a walkable distance. The beach is within a 5 minute walk as well. The apartment looks exactly like the photos and the description for the amenities and services is accurate. Overall it was a great stay, we would choose the apartment again on our next visit !

Ubytovanie bolo priestranné a cítili sme sa v ňom dobre. Poloha bola vyhovujúca, mali sme všetko potrebné poruke. Bonus bola reštaurácia hneď oproti. Komunikácia so Spyrosom bola veľmi dobrá, vždy nám poradil.

Ωραίος χώρος και καθαρός Στο κέντρο της χώρας πάνω από τον πεζόδρομο. Το μόνο αρνητικό που από ότι καταλάβαμε ήταν για όλη την χώρα είναι το πάρκινγκ

Geweldige locatie! Mochten eerder inchecken dan normale incheck tijd. Vanaf begin tot eind was Stratos een geweldige host! Reageerde ook gelijk op onze berichten! Alles was precies hetzelfde als op de foto's, ruime en schone woning, uitzicht op de haven, geweldige restaurants, winkels, alles was makkelijk te vinden op loopafstand. Appartement was perfect!!! Wij hadden een auto gehuurd en konden zo het hele eiland verkennen. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!

The appartement is very nice , it's beautiful, it's located in the main street for shops. there are restaurants around. We were there in May and there was no noise in the evening/night. as people write : the shower is in the toilets but once you know it works fine there is no issue, just swap the floor when everyone has finished :) The hot water works fine. There is a small balcony where you can have a drink and also put your wet items used on the beach. Moreover Dyonisa is very nice, she answered nicely all my questions.

This is a great place to spend a few nights. We could've stayed there at least a week. We were excited to stay there considering we wanted to use our car less and walk in town (parking can be hard). Everyday we found a lot of parking spaces close to the appartment around 5pm (we were there in may, maybe different in prime summer). We could walk to town, every cafe, restaurant we wanted. It is one of the closest appartement to the "big boat" port for sure and a 20 min walk to the "main port". A/c was great, bathroom was very confortable and the underlights used throughout the place were great at night. Some things to note for: - A lot of stairs in order to go up to the appartement, not an issue for us - A lot of cats in the area so make sure you close the complex's door behind you - A great little market / corner store right downstairs, useful for drinks / beer / snacks - Some people noted the place as noisy but it was never during our stay. Maybe a few boat horns as they departure.

Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν επικοινωνιακή και μας βοήθησε για την άφιξη μας. Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός και ακριβώς όπως οι φωτογραφίες. Πολύ κοντά στην πόλη των Καλαβρύτων και παράλληλα σε μέρος με ησυχία και όμορφη θέα! Άνετο πάρκινγκ!

Schöner kann man sich eine Unterkunft gar nicht vorstellen. Die beiden sind zauberhaft, flexibel, so gastfreundlich, erfüllen einem jeden Wunsch und sind jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die traumhafte Zeit auf der bezaubernden Insel!!

Gianni’s place is well worth the stay, you have everything you need if you prefer an apartment instead of hotel, we found the place very clean and smelling very nice. We have a 1 year and 4 months old girl and she felt right at home when we arrived (sorry if we left any damage, we did our best to keep her away from everything breakable). The place is right by the city center with plenty restaurants and shops around. Giannis and especially his mother are the sweetest and kindest people I’ve met through Airbnb! Thank you for everything! One problem is the parking, you can park free anywhere on the street but there is the risk of finding the car with scratches as the island has small streets and the traffic is heavy.

Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ επικοινωνιακός και φιλικός. Ο χώρος είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα για ένα διήμερο. Πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο με όμορφη θέα. Η γειτονιά ήταν σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο, αλλά λόγω του ανηφορικού δρόμου, είναι αναγκαίο το αυτοκίνητο.

An extremely charming location just up the hill in Argassi. It's a very private space with its own yard closed from the street. Very peaceful both at daytime and during the night. The backyard provides a nice view too and it's a great location to have your breakfast.

Ik heb mijn verblijf als super ervaren, fijne accommodatie op een toplocatie! Alles wat ik nodig had was aanwezig en de Supermarkt was om de hoek. Je bent met 3 minuten lopen in hartje centrum waar winkeltjes en restaurants zijn. Met ongeveer 10/15 minuten lopen heb je 2 strandjes. De accommodatie is niet handig voor mensen slecht ter been.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Uiteraad kun je zien dat Stephanie ook zelf gebruik maakt van de ruimtes wanneer zij deze niet verhuurd. Dit stoorde ons totaal niet.

Apartment II is newly refurbished with obvious love to details and attention - it looks exactly like the pictures. It is located in an authentic area not far from the main road and therefore convenient to many surrounding destinations. Also the shared garden/patio and pool are welcoming (many amenities to entertain children) and accurately designed. Alex is a sweetheart: always available, proactive and receptive.happy to help always and to share his Island’s tips. His kindness helped me cope with my light sleep and the two lovely - although barking - dogs patrolling the residences from their kennel. Zakynthos is worth visiting and Alex is great at making anyone feel “an insider” to this Ionian gem.

Very nice location and villa, very nice people. Zakynthos is my favourite part of the Europe.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this homestay. The room was impeccably clean and the interior design was thoughtfully done, showing great attention to detail. The outdoor swimming pool was a stunning feature that added to the overall charm of the place. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Their enthusiasm and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. We spent a perfect holiday here, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Could not recommend more highly if you value quiet and peace, with easy access to all beaches and life in Zakynthos. There are other apartments sharing the pool but we often had it to ourselves. It's a gorgeous setting surrounded by olive trees and a view of the nearby sea, good air-con, very comfortable beds and very clean - we had no mosquito issues, good to have netting on windows and door to balcony as we liked to wait until we really needed aircon by leaving windows open and listening to the crickets and the wart hogs ? And the strains of music and the birds..... just bliss. You can walk into Zakynthos but best to get a car rental as taxis back can be a long wait, as we found out one evening ! We were lucky as the hosts were on site while we were there and Sonia and Dionissios were so generous in taking the time to make sure we had a fabulous holiday. This is one to repeat.

Appartamento e esterno molto bello e curato! Molto accogliente. Securino molto simpatico e professionale. Anastasia è una persona molto deliziosa, ci ha consigliato bei posti e ci ha sempre chiesto se andasse tutto bene e se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa. Ci torneremmo volentieri.

We had a wonderful time. The view is stunning, the staff is very friendly & helpful, our apartment was clean and had everything we need, we also loved the pool. The restaurant was also very nice (delicious breakfast & dinner).

From the moment we arrived in our taxi and were welcomed by Christos, we felt right at home. From the welcome gifts of home grown apricots, oregano and wine, to his prompt response to any queries or needs, he was the perfect host. The apartment was a lovely space for our one week stay, but the standout is the pool with its beautiful ocean views. For most of our time, we had it to ourselves, but with many sun lounges and umbrellas, it would not feel crowded with more guests. The apartment is just a short walk to the local bakery and supermarket and the restaurants, shops, local bus and tour options are also close by. We really appreciated that Christos booked our taxi and made a point of saying a personal farewell the evening before our early morning departure. Thank you for our wonderful stay!
