Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Elis

Excellent stay for the few days we had left at the end of a 3 week holiday. Very convenient for plenty of shops, bars and eating places. Very convenient for the airport of course as you can tell by the location. Obviously there is noise from the airport but it is excellent if you like to get close to planes landing and taking off - like I do. Note, there is no noise overnight as the planes stop. The family running the accommodation were great. We were given a traditional Greek dish from Spiros mum which was delicious. Not only were the family friendly, so was their playful (big) labrador. Don't worry if you don't like dogs - he only visits guests who like him! We even got a free lift to the airport when it was time to go. Well recommended!

Beautiful and large house exactly as it was in the photos… It had three large bedrooms with a double bed in each room…Large living room with fireplace and kitchen as well as vehicle parking inside the garden… All spaces had radiators that warmed the space quickly…In a nice and central spot 20 minutes from the valleys…

We stayed for 9 days in September in the beautiful and clean apartment 1 with amazing (sunset) seaview. Maria and her husband gave us a warm welcome when we arrived late in the evening. Communication with the host was good and fast. Our bed was changed every other day and we received clean towels, provided by a correct and friendly cleaner. There is a small supermarket downstairs and good restaurants. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return. Thanks for everything Danai and Maria.

The apartment was spacious with everything you would expect from a home from home. Our host was friendly and very helpful, his mother is a lovely lady and was also on hand should we need anything. I would highly recommend this air b&b and look forward to staying there again in the future.

I stay in a lot of Airbnbs and Spyros is a standout host - extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. The place is fantastic with a beautiful balcony that has a sea and Mountain View and hammock. The apartment is private and quiet but in the center of town, two blocks off the Main Street and four blocks from the harbor. The kitchen is well appointed and the bed is very comfortable. I love this place and recommend it!

What a wonderful place! The owners are absolutely lovely people who gave us such a warm welcome. We had a barbecue every day, the pool was always clean, and the apartment was spotless with everything you need for daily living. The view of the sea from the balcony in the morning is simply breathtaking. Our vacation is rated 1000000/10 ❤️ It was an amazing time, and if we could, we would stay even longer! We wholeheartedly recommend this place – it's truly worth visiting!

The villa is beautiful and in a lovely quiet location within 15 minute walk to nearest shops,bars and restaurants. We loved the pool and patio areas with it being so clean. Stathis was very helpful with organising our transfers and quad bike hire. We will definitely be returning very soon!

A spacious home, in a very quiet area, exemplary cleanliness and a very well equipped kitchen. A clean and beautifully landscaped yard. Discreet and quiet and friendly neighbors. Nana very helpful, responds quickly to any request, she really cares if everything is ok or you need help. Everything was perfect!

Niki's place was exactly what we needed. two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. downstairs a cozy living area and an equipped kitchen with some goodies to start the day and tsipouro to end your day with a smile ;) The host is very responsive, even late at night when we booked the place, she quickly arranged it for us and happily welcomed us in. We had a great time in Nikos' cottage, which fully matches the description. Communication with him was always very fast and very hospitable. The accommodation is fantastically located, as described and we had a great relaxing time there. It is also a great starting point for activities, very well located. The tavern in the village (about 5 min) walk away is also highly recommended. For sensitive people, ear protection/earplugs are recommended on some nights (dog and chickens in the area).

My family and I have been coming to this area of Greece for 20+ years and we’ve stayed in a number of places around the this area. This year we finally stayed in the village of Kalo Nero and the apartment/house was perfect for what we needed. Sotiris is a wonderful and gracious host (as is the rest of his family). They’re very responsive and proactive for things we may need (e.g. sheets, towels, etc). I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful place to hear the waves crash on the shore and only be a few mins walk to amazing Greek cuisine and of course … the sea for a swim. I’m certain we’ll be back ❤️👍🇬🇷.

Quiet place, a few minutes walk to the town center. Good view of the Harbour. Leisure moments with facilities where we can dine and chat outside the house.

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Kanonia . Diana was so friendly and helpful via messages before we arrived and also during our stay. She helped us with everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble. She organised a brilliant boat trip, set up the BBQ as well as local recommendations. She was always on the other end of a message if needed and she made us feel so at home. The house was beautiful , we loved the garden and all the olive trees. We especially loved the walk through the woods up to a stunning look put point over the sea only 15 minutes from the house. We found some amazing places to eat within walking distance, and highly recommend 'Dopias house ' for their fresh Barracuda and Olives ! We would love to come back. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Niki’s villa! From the moment we arrived, Niki was incredibly friendly and sweet – she truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She generously prepared delicious food for us, stocked the place with beers and snacks, and even helped us with setting up the barbecue, which made our evenings so much more enjoyable. The villa itself is lovely, but the garden was the real highlight – beautifully maintained and the perfect place to relax. It was such a peaceful and charming space, ideal for both lounging during the day and gathering in the evenings. Niki’s hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We felt so well taken care of and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend this place – we would come back in a heartbeat!

It feels like a hotel with several visits during the week to change the towels. Fruit was waiting for us on arrival and cold drinks, a real luxury. Communication is very good and the accommodation was clean.

Great place in a good location!

Rania’s apartment was in a great location! The beach is a 2 minute walk away and was in the heart of Tsilivi with markets, shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Rania was very friendly and accommodating!

Great apartment, very clean, beautiful view, great restaurants and small supermarket within walking distance. At first, the towels were missing, but Panagiotis responded immediately and 30 minutes later everything was perfect. Thank you for the wonderful time on this wonderful island!

The host was very communicative and friendly. The place had everything necessary for a two-day stay. Very clean room with a beautiful view. The neighborhood was relatively close to the center, but due to the uphill road, a car is necessary.

The apartment was great. Ideally located, very clean, and exactly as in the photos. The amenities were excellent and the kitchen fully equipped. A beautiful space on the balcony where we could enjoy our breakfast. Communication with the hostess was direct and easy. She was very friendly and helpful.
