“Jonathan and Genevieve are absolutely perfect hosts! So welcoming and gracious. The property had all the amenities one could hope for and THE VIEW is absolute perfect. Hot tub on the deck, what more can you ask for? The sound of waves crashing all night...? Done. A beautiful garden to welcome you upon entry? Done. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Jonathan and Genevieve for everything!”
Our beautiful beach home sits perched 150 feet above the Pacific Ocean on a private 1/2 acre with sweeping whitewater views of the ocean & the Point Arena Lighthouse from almost every window! Enjoy beautiful sunsets on our expansive deck. Lounge in the private hot tub under the stars. This is truly a classic beach home with vaulted ceilings, many windows and skylights in every room. We also provide high speed wireless Internet access.Beautiful Private Beach: The beach is a 5 min to drive.
“We enjoyed our stay at Paradise Found immensely. The space was immaculate and much bigger than we expected- there was so much space to lounge and relax. The views of the ocean from the deck were amazing and access to the beach was quick and easy. Would recommend this property to everyone. We can’t wait to return!”
Elk Rock Beach Cottage
“Go here for the view! The amazing deck in the back seems to extend into the Pacific Ocean and offers unobstructed views of the beautiful ocean and accompanying sunsets. Once the sun is well past the horizon, and the stars come out, the remoteness of this location makes it possible to even see the Milky Way (because of the low light pollution)! My mom who joined us on this trip always scrutinizes the kitchens of various rentals we use on vacations. This was by far her favorite and the kitchen is really well equipped with every different kind of pot, pan, spatula and contraption you could need. Not a lot of spices though, so I’d carry some along. Otherwise, the Elk Store is a short five minute drive away. The only downsides I can think of is the fact that the shower in the only bathroom is a bit cramped and that the property does precariously drop off into the ocean (aka a cliff). With our boisterous two year old we had to keep a constant eye out to make sure he didn’t even eye the slat fence at the end of the spacious back yard.”
