The stay was perfect for a work trip with a colleague. Seamless experience. Could walk to a few good restaurants. Host was awesome.

Good location in walking distance to a number of restaurants and bars. Functional space which served our purpose.

Liz as a host was very helpful! I had a last minute lodging cancellation that led me to need to book her unit the same day at very short notice. For a fee, Liz was able to get me in which made my day so much easier! She was very responsive and friendly. The unit itself was very nice; nestled within a home that seemingly had 2 other units. Although smoking was prohibited; there was a lingering aroma of an herby substance, which for me, was not necessarily a problem. Later in the evening noise did pick up, but, I checked out at around 3 AM so it didn’t have the chance to bother me too much. The listing was very spot on, cozy and home like. Would recommend!

Very comfortable stay. Secure because it is gated. Responsive host. Lot of restaurants nearby. Easy access to places. I would stay here again. The unit does not have a washer and dryer. Deborah suggested using her housekeeper to do laundry for a small fee. I did not have the need, but it was good to know someone was available. The internet download speeds are too slow ( 6 mbs compared to the average of 300 mbs for most Wi-Fi services. Deborah is aware and is addressing the issue. Finally, my only regret is that I did not get enough time to play with Lola, her delightful yellow lab. She is adorable.

Charming stay, with all the ameneties I needed for a week stay. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen was stocked with the essentials, and the private single car parking garage attached to the unit was very convenient! The Airbnb is a nice private stay in a beautifu,l quiet neighborhood and very walkable to parks, restaurants and cute coffee shops. Tiffany was very responsive to all my questions and needs, and check-in was self serve and easy to find.

This stay was great. The house is amazing. The hosts are amazing with communication. Check in was great, booking was great. Definitely added to our favorite list for Airbnb, we will definitely stay here again if ever back in Sacramento. Close to downtown but far enough away as well. Everything was great about this stay!

The spot is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. Do bring so close to the heart of town, it is also peaceful and fairly quiet. A great location. Bonnie was friendly and helpful and we loved our stay.

Great place in the heart of Sacramento, close to everything walking distance and easy Uber ride if walking is not your thing l. Check in was easy, place very cleasln and the host very responsive. We got an easy parking for out rental car since it was the weekend. Would stay here again for sure.

Love how minimalist and modern it is, especially with the natural lighting. The kitchen has these push-in drawers which helped me flow when in Chef mode lol. The location is great being beside the freeway as well. I walked my dog during the day to some small grass patches, and there’s a park down the road. Yuriy was a great host as well. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for having us.

Bobby's place was great. The neighborhood was in a great location to get to the baseball stadium and downtown as well. It also had easy access to the freeways but did you couldn't tell from the neighborhood because it was quiet there. The place was well taken care of and felt like home. it had all the amenities needed for a great vacation. The place was clean upon arrival and was updated nicely. Bobby initiated extremely good communication and was available throughout our stay in case anything came up. We felt welcomed and appreciated while we were there. We would definitely stay there again!

I went for a wedding, so wasn't much at the place, but it had all that was needed. because I come from NYC, it was a little scary that it doesn't have much of security, but that just because I double volt my place. I guess CA is a bit different that way. Very clean and cozy! Slept like a baby.

My 11 year old and I stayed here for 1 week while we were in town for a wedding. I had lived in the natomas area and was familiar with the area. The apartment was within a complex and was a nice size for us. The good, washer and dryer, full kitchen lots of restaurants and shopping and freeway nearby. 2 tvs and fast internet. Apartment was clean. Lots of towels and kitchen had dishes to cook with. Price was fair for what we received. Also communication was excellent. The not so good, because the weather was poorly (springtime) the bedroom ran cold or hot and no real extra blankets when it ran cold and I would have liked a fan for when it ran hot. (But that is a personal preference) The covered parking spot was not easy to get into (an end spot) so we parked a little ways away in an uncovered spot. (Also, not a huge deal) Overall, the unit was good. It was nice to have a kitchen and laundry. And it was more comfortable for us than a hotel.

I rented this apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment matches the description, it is clean and cozy. The neighborhood is quiet, with shops nearby. The landlord, Yuri, was polite and always responded quickly to requests. I highly recommend it!

We stayed here for almost a month while we did a trial in downtown Sacramento. The location is great: quick, easy route to downtown and just a block away from the shipping mall and several good restaurants. The apartment is comfortable with all amenities. Traci was very easy to work with and was responsive to my emails. There is also a designated covered parking place for the unit.
