Expect a private deck for relaxing or viewing wildlife. Within 15 minutes of driving, enjoy Grandfather Mountain State Park or Blue Ridge Parkway. Sugar Mountain Ski and Boone, NC located within 30 minute drive.

The "Hut" in Banner Elk NC

The "Hut" is less than one mile from the red light in downtown Banner Elk. Only a fifteen minute walk or less than two minute drive will put you in the heart of this quaint little town. Less than half a mile to the local brewery and only a ten minute walk to the town park. The owners are on premises and very attentive to the needs of their guests. Those interested in hosting parties should look for other accommodations. Strict no pet policy. The space will only accommodate two guests.

This updated unit has a large screen Tv, queen bed in the alcove area and a queen sleeper sofa in living room, open concept. (no separate bedroom ) The views are absolutely amazing!! The new clubhouse has a gym, heated indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, pickleball & tennis. Just minutes to all the wonderful attractions the high country has to offer!

Mountain Shack with friendly animals and a view!

Hey Y'all!, we are offering a small shack (which was scheduled to be a portion our Boy Barn). It's 10x12 feet, furnished with a daybed with two twin mattresses. There is a retro DVD TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and hot plate. Up our driveway and behind our home, you have use of an outdoor half bath and internet access. Behind the shack you have a private bonfire, hammock deck, a composting toilet and a covered area with a clay grill in an outdoor cooking area.
