Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Elk River

One of the rare times I felt the place looked better than the photos! I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again when in Minneapolis. I felt right at home, it was clean, comfortable bed, easy check-in. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, the university, Stone Arch Bridge. Very good value for the price I paid. Note that there isn’t a washer/dryer in unit, rather the building had a room, use quarters.

John and Zina are terrific hosts and the space is perfect for a weekend getaway. It's well appointed and comfortable. Easy walking distance from Minneapolis Institute of Art, Eat Street restaurants, and shopping. Nice access to biking trails, too. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place, as described, and the little touches (food, snacks, etc) were very nice to have. Would recommend to anyone!

We found Andy's place to be really nice. The place was not clean when we arrived at 4pm (check-in was at 3pm)however it seemed to a honest mistake with the cleaner forgetting and was remedied that evening. Andy and his brother were responsive immediately to our concerns. Overall, the place is conveniently located, easy to street park, nicely furnished, comfortable and stocked with basics the bathroom/kitchen such as soap, coffee/tea etc. I would recommend it!

Perfect place for us while moving our two MCAD graduates out of their apartment (within walking distance!). Great communication for checking in, parking and checking out. We would highly recommend this location to anyone! Thank you!! We hope to return someday :)

I would like to give this apartment a 5 for the clean, pleasant environment inside and out and good host communication. However, it was not quite as well equipped as I typically find in an airbnb and therefore a 4 for value.

Had a great 3 night stay! The apartment was comfortable and felt safe. The neighborhood was great- walkable and some delicious recommended restaurants nearby. Would definitely suggest for solo travelers or couples!!

My stay was wonderful. Chris was really responsive and I appreciated the local suggestions for eateries. Check-in was easy, and easy to follow. Parking for my rental was also easy and safe. I also felt safe in the apt itself. The airbnb was just as described, and a good combination of practical to get some work down and vibes to chill which was perfect for my stay, with the most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever laid my head on. Would definitely reccomend and stay in any of Chris's airbnb in the future.

The property was great for our stay. Very clean and the accommodations were as described. The location in central in Maple Grove is a great private and quiet neighborhood but is not really walkable or near anything, so plan on driving. The hosts are great and are very communicative. For our group it was a pleasant stay.

Hosting my bachelorette party for my girlfriend here was the most amazing experience. Such a cute small place but big enough for all the fun! It truly brought some nostalgia to our awesome girls getaway💘

Rachel’s place was amazing. My family had a great time, there was plenty of space for all of us. It was a quiet neighborhood and felt very peaceful. We will be definitely coming back.

We live here for 7 days. Beautiful new house with new furniture. Great host. Good location. I recommend this comfortable, cozy house to everyone. We really liked it.

The property was a little gem secluded in a forested area. Windows looked out onto a beautiful pond. It was so peaceful to watch visiting wildlife. The space was a basement level of a home and was huge. There were 2 bedrooms and 3 baths. It would be perfect for a family.

We had the most magical stay at this home! The house itself was absolutely stunning—beautifully decorated, cozy, and everything we could have hoped for to make our holiday perfect. The hosts went above and beyond to make it feel like Christmas. They even left personalized stockings for our kids filled with thoughtful little gifts, which absolutely delighted them! Absolutely incredible stay! Brian is, without question, the BEST Airbnb host we’ve ever had. (And we’ve had TONS). He went above and beyond for everything—so much so that we’re already planning to make this an annual tradition. We celebrated my husband’s birthday with a private hibachi dinner on the deck overlooking the river, and it was unforgettable. The house itself is stunning—beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. But what really set this experience apart was Brian. Not only was he incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, but when we had a (completely our fault) issue with his pontoon, he came out on his own boat to help us—and even stopped by the next day to make sure everything was okay. Truly the most accommodating, kind, and thoughtful host we’ve ever met. If you’re lucky enough to stay at one of Brian’s properties, go. You won’t regret it!

It is as advertised, Studio Apartment, Pull out couch, right next to train that'll get you to downtown or Mall of America, and beautiful hiking for the Mississippi as well as Minnehaha falls was wonderful (12 min walk!)

We loved our stay at this charming, clean and comfortable unit. The location was great, close to the Macalester campus, coffee shops and other local spots. Also Jean-Claude was a responsive and kind host. We would definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay in this classic Minneapolis apartment so near the lake in a very cool neighborhood! Great places nearby and I recommend!

This place was exactly what we needed. Super responsive hosts (within 10 min every time!). We felt right at home. Fast WiFi for work, beautiful and great location for restaurants, bike paths and even some clubs near by. We were very happy with our stay. Can’t wait to stay again.

My husband and parents and I were in town for the weekend to visit our daughter. The area was perfect and centrally located for us. The condo was clean and well kept. Jason was very responsive to questions I had regarding parking. I just wish the weather would have nicer to use the outdoor deck! I would say the only downfall (and no fault of the owner) is that it was a bit noisy at night with people outside. However, when going to a city that is expected.

There was one issue with the tub and bath sink drain. They had someone out the next morning. Very responsive. The communication was also very good, again very responsive with any questions I had.

This was a very cute place, I can definitely see it being a fun place for a large group! The trains could be a little noisy at night, but that can’t be helped. Earplugs are an easy solution for light sleepers. Otherwise, this was such a cute and unique standout from so many other airbnbs in this area.

Tastefully appointed with everything you could need. Bigger than it looks in photos. Very thoughtful and kind owners. We LOVED our stay!!!
