Welcome to our peaceful and family-friendly farmhouse cottage with 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths, located in a quiet private location just minutes away from interstate 75 Jellico exit and a short drive to many ATV trails like Royal Blue and others. For your convenience there is a circle drive easily accessible for those pulling trailers. We have lots of room to unload ATVS and trailer/ truck parking. We are located 42 miles to The University of Tennessee, and many other points of interest in Knoxville.

This is a perfect home base for near by state and national parks. Please note that there are friendly, outdoor dogs on this farmland property. Indoor stair access to main house is securely locked. The Ambleside Cottage offers full privacy for a single or a couple looking for a serene getaway surrounded by the beauty of the Appalachian mountains. This magical cabin is conveniently located for travelers, yet Ambleside feel like a remote retreat nestled in the woods above Elk Fork Creek. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.

Also enjoy and view the Big South Fork scenic railway train. Security cameras are turned off when guest are occupying cabin.

This secluded, peaceful cabin overlooking the mountains and pond is situated on a 50 acre property which can be used for your enjoyment: exploring, 4 wheeling or fishing. Be apart of the Rustic oasis on “The Ridge” HUGE deck overlooking the pond and relax under the wide open night sky!!! Beautiful view! Pets are welcome :) and a $25 pet fee will be charged if you have 2 pets, if you bring 3 pets there will be a $50 pet fee.
