The apartment has been completely renovated with the aim of, among other things, a modern look and the complete satisfaction of the guests. Access can be arranged with a key safe on request. It is located in the absolute center of Pécs, a 4-minute walk from Széchenyi Square. You can get what you need within a short walk. Built in the 1800s, completely renovated in 2020, in a unique style, with a ceiling height of 76 m2, large bourgeois apartment of 4m. There are several guarded parking lots around the property. The apartment has a bedroom, a kitchen-living room, a large bathroom, and a separate toilet. The apartment has wifi, cable TV, and air conditioning.

It's a separate apartment on the ground floor with a window looking at the park of the city's water company. The apartment is 33 m2 and it has hi-speed WiFi. We don't smoke or keep pets in the apartment, we would like you to join us in this. The apartment has space for a maximum of 3 people: a double bed (140x200) and a bendable sofa (120x190),

It's a delightful place, right next to the city centre, in a nice quiet area. The apartment has a fun youthful atmosphere, decorated and painted by my mother.
