Cute quaint little cottage… beautiful location

Follow Alan’s instructions and you will find the house without a problem. It is so nicely secluded yet right on the main road through town. Used the grill. Love how the tub is tucked in the bathroom to save space and still be usable. The combination of antique fixtures and up to date services was wonderful. Missed having. Washer and dryer but coin laundry was right down the road. They have the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a air bnb. Lots of spices, a few staples, dishes. We had a great stay.

This was absolute relaxation heaven! Quiet, clean and right on the lake. We loved the sunsets, the morning coffee on the deck, and s’mores at the fire table. The beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed and more!

Sharon’s place was a great place to stay for the week as we transitioned to our new home in Erie. It suited all our needs well and we would stay again if need be! Great location close to all Erie has to offer.

House is so welcoming and comfortable. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Easy to feel at home. The Westfield vibe is the friendliest of small towns. We went to “Trivia Night” at a local cafe one night and met friendly folks and laughed a lot. Arriving in late January between snowstorms, we were worried about being cold - but the house was warm and cozy! The host turned up the heat for us, and shoveled the walk - felt like we were arriving at a friend's house. Super responsive hosts! Delightful and relaxing visit to a great house in a pleasant neighborhood in my favorite small town. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Kyler’s home just after Christmas, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home during the holidays. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made meals a breeze, and the cozy living spaces were perfect for relaxing together. There was even a Christmas tree in the living room and our kids loved that touch! Kyler was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Highly recommend for a peaceful and well-maintained getaway!

We've stayed at Chad's home twice now, and it's absolutely incredible! The cabin feels like home, the property is immaculate and the pond is beautiful. This is the place if you're looking to be secluded in nature. We can't wait to plan our next trip out.

We stayed for a college graduation and it fit our entire family comfortably to spend time together for the weekend. I would stay here again

Emily was an incredible host!! We arrived slightly earlier than planned and she immediately came down to the tiny home to make sure everything was ready, even leaving some amazing bread and homemade jam as a welcome gift Although we didn’t have great weather, property was wonderful to walk around and proximity to ellicottville and sculpture park was great. Emily’s picnic was to die for!! Had it waiting for us when we got back from town. When we wanted to make a fire after dinner, she brought down a ton of firewood for us as soon as I messaged her. 10/10 would come again!! Perfect staycation for the Buffalo area

Wonderful place!! Home has all amenities with huge full windows & high ceilings overlooking the lake in a great small community of 50 private homes with lovely & friendly neighbors. Proximity to Jamestown & Chautauqua institutions was great. Use of bike paths in adjoining Camp Chautauqua(100 acre site with 100 mobile trailer homes & 20 small fixed homes ) was great Also private tennis/pickelball court available at no cost on premises & large pool on adjoining camp property available as well as 2 boat docks.Great & safe for young children as community is private with no through streets & most kids & people use golf carts. There is adjoining campsite playground on lakefront which is great for young children. Bring a boat or kayak along & use Chautauqua institutions nearby for nightly entertainment as well as day lectures , art instruction courses sailing school, variety of day courses & lectures with great theater & opera productions. only 3 miles away.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beyond the description. It was beautiful and extra roomy. We had a group of bridesmaids stay here for the weekend as we prepared for a friend’s wedding! Having a bathroom in each room was incredibly helpful for couples to get ready for the wedding. The location was extremely private but also close to Chautauqua Institution where the wedding was held. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful when booking. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home! Spacious and comfortable! Backyard was completely fenced in, and the neighborhood was quiet! The kitchen had almost every type of appliance and utensil that you would want for a “staycation!” The hot tub was also delightful and well maintained! And plenty of towels! We look forward to coming in the summer

Michelle was very kind! Her empathy came to the forefront when she allowed us to keep one of our cars parked in the driveway for a few days after check out due to an emergency. If you'd like a quiet getaway with family, this is perfect! We also took a 45-minute car ride to Allegheny National Forest and spent several hours hiking. You can walk to the lake, and the public beach access is only a 15-minute drive (it has a very scenic view). Highly recommend!

Joelle’s accommodations were perfect for my team doing work in Seneca Nations. They were able to come back after a long day and said it was like a home away from home.

This place was amazing you guys have put in a lot of work into it. Me and my family camped here for 6 years when I was a kid and coming back brought up so many memories!! Things were the same, but a lot has changed which I love! The owners were super sweet and made sure we had an amazing time! It was so peaceful! THEY ALSO HAVE WIFI!!! I think what you guys have coming in the future will make the place even more interesting/exciting! I can’t wait to come back!!

Had a great stay here. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Close enough to town but far enough away to feel private. Would stay here again.

We were looking for a retreat for Memorial Day that would keep our toddler busy but offer a peaceful setting, free of crowns for our newborn and Erica’s place fit the bill exactly! The property looked even better in real life than in the photos. The place was stocked with amenities. Every time we said “I forgot XYZ” it was available in the house including: bug spray, firewood, marshmallow sticks, coffee thermos, wine, and more! I’ve never stayed at a place that had so much available. The spring water provided in the dispenser was very helpful, especially with little ones. Our toddler enjoyed looking for salamanders and frogs, splashing in the creek, roasting marshmallows, and bird watching. Cracking the bedroom windows provided the perfect white noise from the creek. There were plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy coffee while soaking in all the nature. We also enjoyed the Amish trail, Ellicottville Brewing, and pastries from Early Bird Ranch. A perfect family staycation!

Katie’s place was just what we needed. A couple days of “down time” with some friends. The beach is a short walk down the road and there’s a nice Bbq place we discovered. At night, a nice fire by the woods. Katie was very responsive with anything we needed. This place is the bottom level of Katie’s home, so we had the pleasure of hearing her son singing in the distance now and then:) Thanks again.

WOW! That’s what we said when we opened the front door. The view of the lake was awesome and Barbara’s house was perfect for the 4 of us celebrating our 70th birthdays. We have stayed in many Airbnb’s before but this house had every amenity you could ask for. It is tastefully decorated and well stocked including paper products, shampoos, spices, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the view of the morning sunrise from the master bedroom was absolutely breathtaking! We visited the National Comedy Museum in Jamestown and walked the beautiful grounds of the Chautauqua Institute ! Barbara was the perfect hostess and even offered to mail the clothes we left in the dryer back to us. As one ages, we tend to remember the “moments” and forget the “things”🥴. Thank you, Barbara, for transforming your shack into a spectacular cottage and sharing it with us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We found it to be very spacious and comfortable for my husband and myself along with our 2 energetic and active pups. Everything from the design and layout to the amenities was perfectly planned. Thank you for a wonderful home away from home experience. We hope to return soon!
