Perfect location for boating, all season fishing (including salmon and ice fishing), beach-going, snowmobiling. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature as you enjoy views of Skinner Creek, which flows into North Sandy Pond, providing direct access to the waters of Lake Ontario. You'll have exclusive use of the private dock and fire pit. The road is not busy and great for walking. There are nearby marinas that provide paid boat launches and a public boat launch is also less than five miles away. A short drive away, you'll discover several breathtaking beaches! There is a limit of 2 dogs.

Newly constructed single bedroom apartment overlooking the Salmon River. Kitchen includes 4 burner electric stovetop, microwave, air fryer, toaster, Keurig, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher, utensils. Swing mount TV in the living room area as well as a TV in the bedroom. Island dining table with 4 chairs. Bedroom offers a queen bed and queen size sleeper sofa in living room. Fully furnished with dishes and linens. Will provide linen exchanges/cleaning during extended stays.

Welcome to our house. We offer 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds. The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. Amenities include: washer, dryer , fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, wood . A great multi season property. We offer a one canoe for use. We also have wi fi and tv.
