Laura_Sea view Apartment_2 is a part of LAURA house-complex which includes totaly three accommodations for rent. It is located between Lygia and Katouna village in a beautiful and peaceful place that offers a great view of the sea. In a small distance you can have access to mini markets, bakery, greek taverns etc. Lefkada town is about 5km away (5 min by car).The house offers self-catering accommodation. Also, the guests can have access to a shared swimming pool of 50 s.m. at the house complex.

Villa Aethra has a total of 2 sitting - dining rooms, 2 kitchens, 3 bedrooms (plus 2 extra single beds in a setting of a built in corner sofa in the Apartment) and 5 bathrooms. The Villa is split in a 2-bedroom Maisonette and a separate 1-bedroom Apartment. It has amazing sea views from every room, A/C, heating, fireplace, Starlink satellite Wifi, parking space and fully equipped kitchens. The private pool area has got 6 sun-beds, one large dining table and chairs, a lounge and outdoor shower.

Toulas Apartments

The Apartment is located in the center of Nydri and is only 20m away from the beach. There are numerous restaurants, coffeehouses and supermarkets in walking distance. The Apartment is really quiet and full of light. Next to it you have a terrace with loads of flowers, a big table and chairs, where you can enjoy the fresh air. We offer a parking spot near the apartment (about five minutes by foot) for our guests. The bus station for the town bus is also very close (about 1 minute by foot).

The Sea Martin

Fifteen steps (literally) to the water. The tranquil waters of the serene east side of Lefkada in the Ionian Sea. On the top of the stairway, a three bedroom, two bathroom summer house, lying in a 1050 sq. m. lot of land in Perigiali Village. The land in its natural cypress, myrtle and acacias flora, but still with parking space for two vehicles. All the ingredients of a relaxed (or not) vacation are here.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with fireplace and double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom. The ground floor is connected internally to the upper floor through a wooden staircase, where the second bedroom and bathroom can be found.
