The Coop is ideally situated for country walks, cycling straight from the door and horse riding trails all over the estate. The Coop is very cosy with under floor heating and a wood burning stove. There is a gorgeous, dog friendly, courtyard garden with stunning views over a covered deck. This stylish, peaceful retreat, is ideal for two guests and one dog.

Ditch Studio is a self contained, contemporary extension to an 18th century workers cottage on the Henham estate ( home to Latitude festival ). A tranquil haven surrounded by a wild garden, fields and ancient woodlands.The Studio was crafted by its artisan hosts using sustainable and reclaimed materials where possible. The ground floor has a polished concrete floor with underfloor heating, a galley kitchen and wet room with a Moroccan plastered shower. Upstairs is the attic bed/sitting room.

Your young child/ren too can experience glamping, we can set up a chair bed with a mattress topper for a cosy stay. Den building in the meadow will be a delight as they embrace nature around them. Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

Welcome to 'The Pad' at Longacres situated on the A145 in the village of Shadingfield just 5 miles from the historic town of Beccles on the gateway to the Norfolk Broads. The Pad is a fully self-contained, ground floor annexe attached to our home and ideally located for a day out at the beach, enjoyable walks in amongst our beautiful countryside and broads and is close by to many fantastic attractions.
