What a find! We have just spent 3 blissful nights at The Annexe and totally felt at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodation is exactly as depicted and had everything we needed. It is spotlessly clean (and I am hard to please here!), beautifully presented and extremely comfortable. We appreciated the little extras that Laura provided, all of which were well thought out and extremely handy if you happened to forget something essential. The location is fabulous and a very short walk to the lovely streets brimming with restaurants, coffee shops and cute, small retailers. Links to central London are on the doorstep too, with the rail station a very short walk away. An added bonus is the extremely pretty terrace, again well equipped, very private and beautifully lit at night. Laura and Robert were so warm, helpful and it was a privilege to have met them (and their beautiful, friendly, Golden Retriever). We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. Thank you both!

An absolute gem!! I absolutely loved my stay! I would highly recommend!! Great host with lighting quick responses! The house was immaculate and modern, must of been decorated by an interior designer ! Coffee machine was a blessing, little welcome touches also went a long way !! The whole apartment is on a quiet street, has a beautiful backyard, the living room is big and the bedrooms are quiet. This whole space makes me feel really relax and peaceful. Householders are very nice I met them several times. I stayed in several BNBs in London and this one is totally my favorite.

This was the best holiday experience ! It was such a tranquil and beautiful setting we were instantly relaxed and felt at home. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and everything was perfect, really couldn't wish for more. The bed was comfy, with amazing views of the river as soon as you opened your eyes. The decor was tasteful and chic, it felt very upmarket and spotless. All in all a super five star experience with friendly and dedicated hosts, we will definitely return.

Great stay in Elle’s house - it felt very homely. We arrived late in the evening and appreciated the groceries left for us. Good location for commuting in Surrey - you do need a car. Close to train stations if you need to go into London. Really big garden which would be amazing in the summer.

We had an amazing month-long stay at Antonia’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described — clean, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The home had everything we needed for a long-term stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, cozy living areas, and even little touches that made it feel like home. The location was perfect — quiet, safe, and close to [shops/restaurants/public transport/attractions]. It was the ideal base for both working remotely and exploring the area. Both Antonia and Gavin were a fantastic host: responsive, respectful, and thoughtful. Any time we had a question, they responded quickly and kindly. We genuinely didn’t want to leave — it was the kind of place where you settle in and feel completely at ease. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a longer stay or a relaxing getaway. Thank you again for an unforgettable month!

We had a lovely short stay at Joanne's. The accommodation was spacious and spotless. Bedroom was quiet with no traffic noise. A great location with Hampton Court, local restaurants and shops all within an easy walk.

Lovely studio walking distance to river, coffee shops, local supermarkets. Lovely green to sit and have a drink. Station within 5 minutes walk to London or Windsor (which is 5 minutes on train) easier than parking. 15 minutes to Heathrow. Immaculate and clean

Fabulous AirB&B. Light, airy, felt like a home from home. Great power shower, recently refurbed to high standard had everything we needed coupled with a very responsive host on site.

Fantastic stay in Epsom with my mother and 2 small children (3&5yrs old). The place was clean, tasteful and more spacious than expected from the pictures. An added bonus was the front terrace area was nice fun for the kids to listen to live music next door. Cherry on the cake was the flexibility for a later check out which was super helpful - will definitely book again when in Epsom.

Debbie was a great host from start to finish, super friendly and down to earth. The accommodation was great also, it had everything we needed and as described. We came to ride the local MTB trails and the location was perfect for it as well the accommodation. If your hiking you can do it straight from the accommodation to the local spots. Definitely would come back in the near future.

Our second stay at Deborah's and even better than we remembered. There is everything you need and Deborah is very quick to respond to any questions. It's an easy 5 minute walk to the centre of Kingston and 2 minutes to the Thames and parking on the drive is a real bonus. The bathroom is well equipped and the large bedroom has a very comfortable bed. The sitting room has a comfy settee and dining table. The flat is airy because of all the opening windows and has shutters and ceiling fans to keep it cool. I can thoroughly recommend.

Lovely spacious flat that was perfect for our night in London. Christina sent really clear instructions for check in and was always helpful and super responsive with her messages. The room we stayed in was a great size, with plenty of space for our travel cot as well. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Christina as a host!

This is an absolute gem of a place and location, with views right across the Darent Valley. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The place was spotless and everything had been perfectly prepared and very well thought through (from the local hand-drawn maps right down to the vast array of toiletries on offer). I can't think of a single thing to change or improve about the place. Diana was a lovely host and provided a lot of information prior to arrival. She had also found some suggestions of activities for us tailored to our interests, which was frankly above and beyond. We were very grateful and it was clear a lot of thought had been put in prior to our arrival. I could carry on for pages but in summary, we have already recommend the place to family and friends and we be pleased to offer our recommendation here too. Thank you, Diana, for such a lovely place to stay and we hope to be back soon!

What can I say? Simply perfect! Incredible place. the pictures are superb but cannot quite do it the justice it deserves. We were fortunate to have such lovely weather and felt so lucky to be able to stand by the balcony overlooking the castle with a coffee watching Windsor go by. The apartment was spotless. Furnished to a very high standard and oh so tastefully done. What a location too. Walk out the front door, turn right and within 30 seconds you can be strolling along the magnificent Long Walk. Turn left and you're immediately in the heart of Windsor amongst the bars, cafes and restaurants. We can't wait to return. Thanks Jonathan for such a wonderful stay. Brilliant host. Superb hub to explore Hampton court Palace. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay at River Cottage. Good quality furnishings. Clean and comfortable. Close to River Thames with lovely walk to Hampton Court Palace in about 35-40 minutes. Nice town with independent restaurants, cafes and shops. Highly recommend
