A studio apartment in rural Suffolk in the village of Pakenham. A village with 2 working mills, close to the Norfolk border. Great location to explore East Anglia and near the picturesque town of Bury St Edmunds. An open plan space with either 2 singles or a king size bed, sofa, TV, Wifi, dining facilities and a private shower room. Suitable for a small child / infant too, but you could need to bring your own sleeping paraphernalia. Small patio and outside seating, off road parking for 1 car.

Little Oaks

Little Oaks is a unique 1 bedroom cottage. It is surrounded by fields yet in easy reach of the A14 and cities/towns like Bury St. Edmunds and Cambridge. It has its' own private fenced garden and their is a play area on site that children can use if they would like. It is a new conversion. The cottage is in a peaceful setting however this means that WiFi is provided by a mobile device which is fine for collecting emails and surfing but not for downloading large volumes of data. We welcome pets.

Our comfortable and quiet cottage annexe provides a well-equipped place to stay for a self-catering short break or longer, with wi-fi included. The comfortable sitting room looks out onto the private garden where there is a small patio containing outdoor chairs and table. The ensuite bedroom (double-bed) has a vaulted ceiling and ample storage.

Two miles from access to the A14 and a few hundred yards from the Train Station which has a direct line to Bury, Cambridge and London. The Barn Annex facilities have been fitted to a high quality to create a relaxing and comfortable environment for you to enjoy during your stay , consisting of a large bedroom, en-suite shower room and kitchen.

The Primrose Hut

The primrose Hut is a fully insulated and heated all year round Shepherds Hut located along a one track country lane on the edge of Gislingham village with lovely far reaching country side views from its own terrace and garden. Great area for walking and cycling and lots of local places of interest to visit. There are three good pubs that serve food within a ten minute drive from the Primrose Hut

The Old Stables

The Old Stables is a charming self contained annex to the front of our property with free parking on premises. Situated in a quiet location near The Grange Hotel and within approx half of a mile walking distance into Thurston Village. We live in the main house which is attached to the annex with our two quiet dogs. We are generally on hand to help with any questions or advise on the local area.
