Great vacation. Great location. Were on the beach right away. The children liked everything.

Very nice property with a great view of the town and the sea. An easy walk to the town and beach but there are a lot of steps. Very pretty little streets. We were made very welcome and Nicolas made communicating very simple. Didn't really want to leave! We will hopefully be back one day. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Accommodation completely in line with the description. Ultra quiet cottage located at the end of a cul-de-sac. The rooms are large and the bedding is perfect The kitchen is well equipped. Everything is planned, even the board games... And Brice is very easy to reach so everything is perfect for a good stay.

An excellent weekend in this very pleasant accommodation thanks to the spaces, and its large garage that allows you to bring the car in. The huge library and children's games served us well in the evening. The accommodation is very well located (14 minutes from the Sigean reserve and the very pretty village of Peyrac). The rooms are pleasant with wardrobes and air conditioning. The living room is spacious and remains cool in the heat. The Japanese staircase is surprising at first, but you quickly get used to it. Pierre is very friendly, pleasant and has good restaurant recommendations. He is very responsive and attentive. We will gladly stay at this accommodation again if we have to go back to this region.

Perfect apartment for 2 couples as it’s so ideally placed in the town. It had everything we needed and made a very enjoyable 5 day stay back to the town which has so many great family memories for us .

The location of the accommodation is beautiful: in the middle of the vegetation with a splendid view of the Bay of Banyuls and Cap Béar. Located in private and secure property, the accommodation is impeccably clean, decorated with care and taste. The equipment does not suffer the slightest criticism: it has everything you need and more. A small and very pleasant surprise to savor was waiting for us in the cool. Really great. The ultimate.

We stayed at Stéphanie's house for a week and loved it. The house is clean and functional, everything is there, it is on a very quiet street and close to everything. The plus is the beautiful quiet garden with the pool. Stéphanie is an available and very attentive host. Our kids also felt very good there. We will keep this address for a future stay with joy.

We loved the house, everything matched the descriptions, everything is close to the house, easy to access since it is a quiet central area, we spent 2 weeks enjoying everything that is close to Argeles, beaches, rivers, etc. At night you can walk to the promenade since it is 5 blocks away and there are parks for children to have fun at night, they are also very close. I give it 5 stars since the communication was always good and fast between Caroline and I regarding the house, I recommend it 100%....

Very pleasant weekend in this beautiful house. Ideally located with everything within walking distance. 5 min walk from the historic center of Collioure. House on 2 levels impeccable, very well equipped, clean and with a very nice garden for eating outside. Thank you very much for this stay.

The place is very large and well maintained both in terms of cleanliness and furniture (new). The attention to the cleanliness and proper functioning of the pool was excellent. The village is very nice (there are no new houses but they are all renovated), it is small with everything at your fingertips (supermarket, pharmacy, a couple of clubs) and a few minutes by car there are shops, supermarkets in number so as to allow a wide choice. A 10/15 minute drive away there are beautiful beaches never crowded (we stayed in August) and between half anhour and two hours there are wonderful cities and places to visit (the cataracles, Narbonne, Carcassonne, Bezier). In the evening the place is very, very quiet: if you are looking for a Rimini or Ibiza style vacation, the town is not good but if you are for a vacation full of the beautiful sea, culture and relaxation, the place is fantastic. Adrien is an exactly attentive guest and has always responded with speed, courtesy and kindness.

The house is simply beautiful, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. It is close to all shops and restaurants. In addition, Laurent and his wife gave us an impeccable welcome. They took the time to explain in detail the functioning of the house. We highly recommend staying there.

A very pleasant house, the roof terrace is a real asset to enjoy the peaceful environment and the sublime view. The air conditioning in very hot weather is ideal and welcome. Within the home you have all the necessary amenities whether in the kitchen or in terms of linens. The place was also clean. The location is great, in the countryside, to know that you still have to go a lot to reach the activities in the area but it's normal because it's the mountain. Just a quick note: at the time we stayed in this municipality, the small grocery store was already closed for a while and with no prospect of short-term reopening. We super enjoyed this magical place and nice cozy house of Fred and Fatiha. Everything that you could need in vacation is available in the house, it is located super close to the beach, shops, market and restaurants. All is just perfect!
