A whole island for yourself with a cute cabin for two people with the basic necessities and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. Grautaneset is located at the foot of the spectacular mountain Tustnastabben. On one side you have a view of the lake, on the other side you see straight up the mountain. With us on Moen you live close to Trollkirka, Kvannfjellet, salmon river (must buy a fishing license) and the Atlantic Road. Car: Molde city center, 19 min. Trollkirka, 4 min. Elnesvågen city center, 5 min. Atlantic Road, 28 min. Bud, 23 min. Molde and Hustadvika riding club, 4 min. Other: 4-8 minutes to grocery store and fast food. Good bus connection between Elnesvågen and Molde.

Farstadsanden, Bud and Atlanterhavsveien are a short drive away. As well as Skaret and Tusten for skiing in winter. Access to 2 bicycles, 2 paddleboards and a small rowboat. Suitable for nature-loving people of all ages.
