This 40 m2 2-room apartment (renovated in April 2021) is not overlooked, and very bright with ideal southwest exposure for the living room! Ideal place for fishing and nature lovers, you will enjoy the view of the pond, the forest and the birdsong. You'll enjoy the pedal boat and paddle board. For children, wearing the included lifejacket is mandatory and under the supervision of an adult. Swimming is prohibited. We are not responsible for any accidents.
