An exclusive and high-quality 90 sqm apartment awaits you on the upper floor of an old farmhouse in a quiet, secluded location, directly from the old dike. The property is located in the middle of the idyll, surrounded by countless fields and a breathtaking view into the distance. The sea or the nearest swimming area is 5-10 minutes away by car. Meldorf is the nearest town, about 10 minutes by car, where, for example, shopping can be done.

This apartment is the old classroom of a school over 100 years old. It has been completely renovated and the charm of bygone times has been preserved. The apartment is lovingly and comfortably furnished for solo travelers, couples, families and also dog lovers. Quiet location, overlooking the garden and with a private, free parking space. The apartment is at ground level, with one bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

Enjoy the time to relax in nature, barbecue in the garden, walk, bike ride, visit our petting zoo (alpacas = no petting animals) or make excursions in the area. Welcome to the North Sea! The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, as well as a living room with a permanent sofa bed (140 × 200). It can accommodate up to 4 people. Both rooms are equipped with TV. The apartment is located in the beautiful small town of Marne. Shopping and downtown are within walking distance. The North Sea is an 8-minute drive away. We look forward to seeing you!

Beautifully furnished apartment for 2 people. Quiet location, nice neighbors, approx. 4 km from the city center of Heide (largest market square in Germany). Approx. 20 minutes to Büsum and the possibility by ferry to Heligoland (travel time approx. 2.5 hours), approx. 35 minutes to Husum or St. Peter-Ording, about 75 minutes to Hamburg, Kiel, or Flensburg.

In the immediate vicinity is an EDEKA market incl. a bakery, post office and laundry.
