This unique home in the Arboretum area is in a quiet neighborhood and a few minutes from restaurants, five grocery stores , and easy freeway access. Close to the Q2, The Domain & Renaissance Austin Hotel. If you are coming to town for a Moody Center concert, the home is about 15-20 minutes away. Spacious with 4 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens & 1 single) and 3 bathrooms. The pool and hot tub are available all year but the pool is warm from May to October. This is a great place to relax.

We have thought of everything, utilizing the space to the fullest, a table for eating, drinking, and working (side outlets built into the table). The sofa folds out to a twin bed and our window bench is cushioned to kick back and snuggle up to a great book. With minimal fuss, we wanted to create a peaceful space for you and your guests.

The Catalina Guesthouse is a modern, spacious, and bright 2 bedroom house with plenty of outdoor space that backs up to a beautiful greenbelt area to enjoy the Austin weather. Our guesthouse was just completed in 2021 and is now ready to welcome you to Austin! We are located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity (10-15 minutes or less) to many of the iconic Austin attractions. My husband and I live in the main house with our two dogs, Teddy and Rupert.
