Feel at home in my cosy flat (40m2). One big room with a comfortable double bed 160x200cm. You have acces to kitchen and bathroom as well as terrace. The flat has its own entrance. Just 2 min away, there is a pretty lake. The house has parking place free of charge. A big Supermarket Netto is at the trainsstation where you can take a Regional Train to Berlin city centre twice an hour. The place is perfect for Nature Lovers, as there are many lakes in short distance around the area.

My stay in Soli and Hani's place was wonderful! The room was clean and well equipped, and surrounded with nature and relaxing silence. You're less than 10 mins away from the train station. The communication with Hani was perfect, he was reactive, gave me good tips and we had a really good laugh! This is the perfect balance to enjoy both the liveliness and the relaxing vibes of Berlin! Laura's apartment is really a gem - very stylish and functional, a chic and sparkling clean bathroom, an extremely comfortable bed. The apartment is located on the ground floor with a terrace on a quiet backyard, even with a possibility to sit outside. Parking in the immediate vicinity of the apartment was also possible without any problems. The old town of Spandau can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. The communication with Laura left nothing to be desired, she always responded in the shortest possible time. So all around a successful stay. When we come back to Berlin, we will first see if Laura's apartment is available before we look elsewhere.
