Flat includes large living area with kitchen & dining table, bathroom & bedroom with UK kingsize bed Free parking available in an allocated space in private car park 2 minutes away from the flat. PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

Crestyl Cottage is a delightful self contained country cottage in Sarratt - providing the perfect place to relax, walk, cycle, birdwatch and fish for carp in our small private lake. We provide high end accommodation for 2 adults in an area which has plenty to offer in the heart of the stunning Chess Valley. Crestyl Cottage is a conversion of a redundant barn, originally used for watercress seed drying which has been converted into self catering holiday accommodation with wood fired hot tub.

Our bright and cosy Airbnb is a self-contained annex, with its own private entrance. Ideally located moments from Mill Hill Thameslink, the park, the local shops, cafes and restaurants and places of worship. Strictly no smoking inside or on the premises. Please note: our Airbnb is NOT suitable for children, babies or students. If you are coming from abroad, Luton Airport is easily accessed by Thameslink depending on flight arrivals/ departures times - it does not run 24/7. Please check.

For pets, 2 maximum, we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay close to some local places of interest such as St Albans.

A peaceful and tranquil location with exceptional transport links into central London and surrounding areas. South Mimms, M25 junction 23 and A1, 5 minutes drive. Northern line underground station, (High Barnet) 1 mile away. Bus terminal at Barnet General Hospital is a three minute stroll. The annex comes with one private parking space and has its own entrance at the side of the main house.

The Bluebird is a beautiful one bedroom apartment located in a most sought after road in Garston (Watford). The location is very quiet and peaceful. The property is in close proximity to Warner Brothers Studios ( Harry Potter tour). It is ideal for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4 guests and a baby.
