This is a beautiful cottage within the heart of Lancashire farming community. Surrounded by rural views. With two private gardens at your disposal and private secure off road parking. On a country lane, that provides quick access to Blackpool with its night life, attractions and illuminations in September, and only 50 mins to the Lake District. If you want the sea, its not far at all, with large beaches at Blackpool and the lovely upgraded front at Cleveleys is only a short drive away.

This self contained annex is located at the rear garden of a house in a very quiet street. It is located in a perfect spot only 2 minutes walk to the centre of Poulton and the train station. Only 2 miles from Blackpool Hospital 6 min drive (see pics) Good transport links to Preston and Lythan St Annes. Free on street parking is usually available. The annex has private access. It is accessed down a pathway which runs inbetween/ behind the residential properties. Please see photographs.

It's 3 miles to Blackpool town centre with a great bus service and shops a two minute walk away. I live downstairs and guests occupy the first floor, set up as an apartment with their own access. There are 2 bedrooms that sleep 3 guests. (one single room with single bed; one double room with a double bed) There is a lounge with TV, dining table and chairs and a small kitchenette. The flat is dog friendly with a large gated front garden.

We were a group of eight adults staying for 3 nights in May. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. great location for a few minutes drive into Lytham with many shops and restaurants. The dining table has only 6 chairs so we had to use a couple of stools. More seating is needed please. We would definitely stay again.

Hayley’s place was absolutely amazing it was so clean and homely so much attention and love has been put into this place it feels like home from home everything you would want is there the decor and quality is unbelievable the kitchen very chic and clean even had a coffee machine with pods the bedrooms clean the beds very comfortable and again decorated to high standards really nice modern bathroom towels included it really is a place you can just walk into and get on with your stay there no was no stress. We have booked other places at a higher cost and they did not touch the quality of this place I have to to say I would have paid more to stay there. Out side the chalet nice drive way lovely grass everything is so pristine and so peaceful. Hayley should be very proud of what she has achieved with this let it went well beyond our expectations than you Hayley for been very responsive and giving us such I lovely peaceful homely stay if I could have given more than five start we would.

Thank you so much to Gill and Tom for a lovely stay. The coach house was beautiful, cosy yet spacious and had everything we needed. It was immaculate and well looked after, a real home from home. The local pub/restaurant with a stunning views of the estuary is only a stones throw away and the coach house looks out onto a field giving it a lovely rural feel whilst still being close to local amenities. Gill and Tom are really lovely, friendly, kind people and couldn’t do enough for us. We will be booking again and also recommending to family and friends. Thank you Gill and Tom ❤️

A lovely bright house with a fantastic garden with pond( a natural pond not man made) The accommodation was spotless and there was anything you would need I have stayed in some good hotels and paid a lot of money, but this was far superior, for the location scenery and the peace Also excellent value I come to that location often, so next time this will be my first choice. Many thanks to Joan for a lovely stay
