Holiday rentals with lake access in Elva Parish

Great place to stay! There's everything you need, well-equipped kitchen. Only one minus for me personally: unpleasant smell from the water in the house. But I read about it in other people's reviews and was prepared. Very nice place, well equipped area around the house, quiet.

It was lovely to stay with that family and I particularly enjoyed chatting with their youngest daughter Elli. I highly recommend this place both for visiting Tartu as a tourist as well as for long term stays, e.g. if you come and study, though a bit out of town. Overall a good experience and great value for money!

Отличная возможность провести выходные вдали от городской суеты. Баня, небольшое лесное озеро, поля, лошади. Огромный дом, который мы большой компанией снимали целиком - места хватило всем. Единственный минус - расположение. Магазины далеко, да и в целом добираться без машины сложно, но мы брали микроавтобус в аренду.

The stay at Helen's house was way beyond our expectations! The owners are the most welcoming people we've ever met! They have all you might need at your stay. The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, and is located just minutes from the center. Дом Helen превзошел все наши ожидания, там есть все, что только может понадобится на отдыхе, сами хозяева настолько радушные, что кажется, что вы приехали в гости к своим друзьям. Всегда были рады помочь, подсказать, дать совет. Дом находится в очень удобном месте, в нескольких минутах хотьбы от центра. В следующий раз поедем только к Helen!

Kui otsid eraldatud kohta, kus nautida kauneid vaateid ja rahu, siis see ongi just selline koht. Kõik vajalik oli olemas ja majutaja vastas kiiresti! Soovitame väga!

Mõnus ja hubane ning ruumikas maja vaikses ja rahulikus kohas. Kõik vajalik oli majas olemas. Saun ja jääauk talvel samuti mõnus. Maja vastas meie ootustele ja usun, et tuleme kindlasti veel tagasi !

Visited with family for two nights. Did not spend the whole time there, but the time we spent then did not see anybody else, basically had the whole "sport camp" area (tennis/basketball court, volleyball court, small lake, sauna(for an extra cost), disc-golf etc.) for us :) The place is a little dated and the water smells a little (I guess the groundwater just is this way in the area). In the end all good, enjoyed our stay.

Majutus oli väga super, suureks plussiks oli ka see, et parkimiskoht oli olemas. Puudust tundsime natuke telekast. Saunaga läks 2.5h enne kui see soojaks läks.

The apartment was updated and modern. The location is a short drive from Otepaa. We were there for some biathlon races. I think the apartment would be very nice in the summer as it is directly onto a lake. Riina was very responsive and answered questions within a very short time

Had such a wonderful time at Merlin’s place. She is one of the sweetest and most interesting human beings I’ve met and we had soooo many great conversations…She will be a reason I come back to Tartu again! And the place: clean, cozy, very well heated and Mia the cat is absolutely the nicest feline in the world. Honestly if you have the chance to stay at Merlin’s place, don’t think just book it.

Exactly like on the photos, clean and stylish. Great location, next to the beautiful riverside. Everything is in walking distance- the city centre, old town , department stores and grocery stores. Host was super helpful and very responsive ! Thank you - would visit again!

The apartment was exactly as pretty as it is in the pictures. Central location right by the marketplace with easy access and good parking. Everything was clean and nice. The communication was friendly and informative. We warmly recommend the stay!

Korter oli uus, puhas ja korras. Asukoht oli hea ja check in oli tehtud väga kergeks.

Marius and his wife are very kind hosts who made us feel comfortable from the very first moment throughout the entire stay. Rarely have we ever found before such a lovely place, secluded in nature and directly on the lakeshore - to us it was the perfect place to spend a few relaxing summer days.

Imeline! Koht oli võrratu, asukoht maaliline ja host väga informatiivne, sõbralik ja heatahtlik. Kõik on olemas, et veeta meeldiv õhtu. Super saun, grillimisvahendid, kaunis istumine ja hubane maja.

Imeliselt hubane majake, soe vastuvõtt ja kõik vajalik olemas. Kaunis vaade ja rahulik atmosfäär.

We stayed in the house for one week in late August. The house is comfortable and we had enough space for a family of five. We enjoyed a peaceful vacation in this house We used the private boat in the lake .

Jäime oma seltskonnaga majutuskohaga väga rahule. Hubane,puhas,väga hästi hoolitsetud ning hästi sisustatud talumaja. Pererahvas ülimalt abivalmis ning hoolitsev. Suur elutuba kus sai mõnusalt aega veeta ja kohapeal olevaid lauamänge mängida.Lastele palju erinevaid mãnguasju mis esmapilgul silma ei jää :) Ainuke mis võib ehk välja tuua mida esialgu ei taibanud ka vaadata ega küsida,et üks magamistuba läbi käidav.Meid see isiklikult ei häirinud. Kindlasti soovitame sõpradele/tuttavatele ning tuleksime ka ise millalgi tagasi.

A beautiful little sauna house - perfect for a small family getaway. The host was very helpful too. If you have any errands near Palamuse I strongly reccommend staying there.

Timo on super majutaja. Tekkis probleem õhksoojuspumbaga, kuid mõne minutiga lahendasime probleemi. Hind paigas. Vägev pisike ja nostalgiline putkake võrtsu kaldal. Majutaja pakkus lahkesti ka sauna taga kasvavaid rabarbereid koju kaasa ning sai tutvust teha ka Timo enda hoovil majutuvate lammastega.

Suurepärane majutuskoht ning võõrustaja. Maja on imeilusas asukohas, keset metsa, ümbritsetud vaikuse ja loodusega. Majas on kõik vajalik peatumiseks olemas ning lisaks veel palju muudki. Kogu inventar vastas piltidele ning oli kaasaegne ja kergesti kasutatav. Võõrustaja oli väga vastutulelik ning tuli vastu ka siis, kui meil tekkisid väikesed probleemid autoga. Julgen soojalt seda majakest soovitada, sest ainuüksi talvel, oli seal peatumine äärmiselt mõnus ning nostalgiline. Suvine loodus ning lähedus linnale, muudab selle peatumiskoha ainult paremaks.

This place was everything we hoped it would be! A little winter fairytale in a quiet forest. The house was warm, cosy, and supplied with all the essentials, including stuff for entertainment. The hosts are such lovely people, they looked after us and made sure we were fully happy. If winter is this good then summer is probably even better! Already planning to go back.
