Second-floor, 2-bedroom apartment, on-site parking for two (passenger-size) vehicles. No garage space is available. No pets and no smoking. Two queen beds. Smart TV, but no cable (guests use their own passwords). Front-door access has evening lighting with a lockbox for self-check-in. Washer/dryer are available off-site (coin-operated, located in adjacent apartment building - key to access provided). Occasional and limited train noise from 1/4 plus miles away. Our office is on the 1st floor.

This newly renovated and well appointed home will make you feel like you never left yours. Enjoy each others company in the Open Living/Dining Area. The large kitchen is ready to accommodate a quick bite- or a full on feast. The 3 bedrooms upstairs all have their own Roku Tv. The Lower level has access to the back yard and patio, and also hosts the laundry room, a half bath, and a bonus living area (doesn't comfortably accommodate people over 6 ft in height due to lower ceilings).

Close to everything. CLE Airport, Baldwin Wallace, Oberlin College, Downtown Cleveland, Southpark Mall. Located near SR 71, SR 480, Ohio Turnpike, SR 83, SR 82, & SR 10. We have WiFi, Hulu Plus, and Disney channels, L-shaped desk for working, access to firepit upon request. Pets are welcome.

Smart TV but no cable, washer/dryer in unit. **A previous tenant from over 1 yr ago smoked here** Carpet/paint replaced but some have stated stale smell is bothersome. If sensitive please be advised. Not only was this a first for me, but it was a first for all of me as my friends who have stayed. We met each other here in real life for the first time after years of knowing each other online, and Derek & Emmie's Farmhouse was the perfect place to meet up. Their attention to amenities and accomodation was a welcome surprise, and made the whole week's experience much smoother.
