My family had a great stay at this property. Pamela is a wonderful Host! She is very responsive, proactive, and goes all out to make sure you are comfortable. The property is really nice, clean, and has pretty much all you will need...even for the beach! Our kids loved playing in the fenced backyard... and the adults loved sitting in the big rocking chairs watching them play. Thank you so much Pamela for providing all that we needed and doing all that you do for your guest! See you next time!

We had a great stay at Zach’s condo. We had a relaxing week. We felt at home and were sad to go. Zach was an amazing host. He responds quickly. The sun shades were broken and he had a brand new one to us in a couple hours. He made our vacation very easy. The condo has everything you need from adults to kiddos. We will be back for sure!

Exceptionally clean condo with beautiful ocean view. Beautifully furnished and extra touches with high quality towels and linens. Thoughtful hosts left a birthday cake, making our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

This is a great little place! The location was great. I admit I would have like a better view out the window, but all I had to do was take a few steps to see the water. Shirt walk to the ocean, nice pool. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was spacious and so close to the beach! The open concept made it feel very comfortable right away. We definitely made good use of the big kitchen. Best part was the proximity to the beach. A quick, easy 3 minute walk and you were right at the public beach access. Would book again !

We LOVED this place. The community itself is really nice; the ocean view from the upper level porch was a highlight along with multiple other porches allowing for enjoyment and sun sets; the beds were comfortable, and the interior was beautifully appointed. It's incredibly convenient: close to a beer and wine shop, along with a pizza place in walking distance, and Publix is essentially across the street. I can not say enough things about the hosts. They were generous, responsive, and provided great details and tips in advance of our stay! We had a great time!

Great location, 2 streets away from the beach which saves on trying to find parking at the Circle. The place was very clean. The living room and one bedroom had a window unit but both of these kept the place very comfortable. The WiFi went out during our stay and Deborah kept us updated on the status. Deborah is a very welcoming host.

Our stay was amazing! Super close to the pier and walkable to the beach and restaurants. Place was super clean and had all amenities listed and that you would need. Would 100% book again!

My husband, daughter and pet dog Mocha enjoyed our stay. We very much enjoyed visiting the Shackleford Banks and seeing the wild horses and dolphins. My daughter and I spent some time on their dock our last night and it was very peaceful, I only wish we took advantage of that more as well as maybe kayaking over to the little island across the way. My only fall back was I kept bumping my head on the walls of the apartment but I was the only one that had the issue, my husband ( who is taller) and daughter did not. Most likely my very own perception issue😜

My partner and I booked this place for our 1 yr anniversary and Debi and Peter were such rockstar hosts. We had zero issues locating or entering the space and the space was spotless. Beach front view was unbelievably amazing and we couldn’t believe how lovely it was to hear waves crashing 24/7. It’s was so kind of them to have items such as beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Very thoughtful. Overall a 5 star experience and we’ll be back.

To start I saw another review upset the view of the ocean wasn’t accurate. I’d like to say it’s totally completely visable and so nice to sit and drink coffee on and listen to the waves in the morning and evening. We will be booking here again! It was spotless and spacious! Loved the amount of beds and TVs for down time with kiddos. The balcony was so fun to hang out on! Less than 5 minute walk to the beach! Showers down at beach! Pool was SO cute love that the normal pool and kiddie pool are RIGHT beside each other. The kiddie pool is fenced seperate which as a mom of multiple is 🙌🏼 HUGE!! Close to fort Macon and cool shops! Very close to coffee, food lion bojangles and Walmart is only 18 min away! Splash pad very close as well!No elevator but the steps keep ya in shape and the kids loved going up and down them and up and down the hallways. No noisy neighbors very well kept up place! Loved the minimalist feel with decor kept it feeling very spacious! 2 full bathrooms! Easy clean up

Great place and great location. A lot of nice coffee shops, resturants, and bars. The Oak Pavillion was a close walk so no need to spend money on a ride share app. Bathroom had great water pressure and the laundry unit being right there was nice to warm a towel for post-shower. Parking was a little confusing but Ann st next to the church after the median on 3rd st was free parking. It was 3 blocks away uphill but parking was safe there the whole time and all amenities were close so you can leave your car and walk most everywhere. Great place to stay if you're visiting wilmington or (like we did) going to a concert.

By far the best place I’ve stayed at! The Airbnb was fabulous all the way around. I have absolutely no complaints! Will absolutely stay here again in the future ♥️

We’ve stayed at a number of condos at Ocean Club, and this was our favorite one on the inside. It was so nice to have aesthetically beautiful surroundings both outside and inside. We had never stayed on the lowest floor before, and we were pleasantly surprised at how good the view of the ocean was. There is a clear view of waves over the dunes. The beds were comfortable, and we just really appreciated how pretty and classy the decor was. Sometimes beach places are tacky, but this one feels like a lovely home you want to be in and look at. Amy was very responsive and even let us make a last minute extension on our reservation since there was availability. We had a truly wonderful time!

What a treasure we found! Our host, Laura, wanted to be sure we had everything we needed. We really didn't have to ask for anything--it was all there, including an amazing view of the water. The apartment is much bigger than I expected. Very tasteful decor with all amenities, including a spa and outdoor shower. Very clean and tidy. Can't wait to return to Emerald Isle. We explored the islands, sat on the beach, ate good food, and to top it off, finding a place like this. We'll be back....

We absolutely loved our stay! Lisa is a great host and she made us feel very welcomed! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything you could possibly need during your stay, from various tea flavors to beach chairs. The area is very quiet and beautiful, only a short drive to historic downtown and about 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Wilmington! This is our 2nd time staying here in this particular condo. We love Sands Villas and Jeanne’s places is always so wonderful. We had a great time!

Beautiful view! Clear and helpful communication from host. We loved sitting out on the balcony to watch the ocean and listen to live music.

We really enjoyed our stay. First visit on the Carolina Coast, beautiful country. We found lots to do to keep busy. The location of the property is great for low traffic and low stress. Just as described with the extras you would need for a day at the beach. Highly recommended…. Hope to return.

We love the Summer Winds property! We have been visiting for 15 years or so now. They have multiple pools, including an indoor pool and hot tubs. The condo itself is fantastic. It had all we needed for the week. Perfect for our family of six. Looks as if flooring was updated recently. Brittany, the host was fantastic to work with. Very responsive during the entire process of renting and the trip itself. Although we didn’t need anything. I have nothing but great things to say about her management of the condo. Also The unit is just a few steps to the beach. The beach and property is nice to walk. As a someone who enjoys fishing, it being close to the steps is good for not having to carry gear so far. My kids love it here and we have made good friends with others who rent the same week as us. Great place and we plan to come back. Thank you so much for the great place to stay!
