The Emigrant Cabins is a boutique lodging property offering 7 private cabins, on an acre lot with a large picnic pavilion, BBQ grills, fire pit AND all within walking distance of food, drinks, live music, shopping & adventure! Rent a single unit or multiple cabins. These simple & cozy, studio-style cabins, feature an open floor plan with 2 queen beds, a self-inflating AeroBed, full kitchen & bath, living room & dining area.

Chico Peak cabin nr Yellowstone/Chico Hot Springs

One bedroom apartment attached to what once was a historic log bar now an art gallery and frame shop. This business is closed for summer of 2025. The apartment is spacious, about 500 sq ft with sliding door opening to a large deck with table and chairs, propane BBQ, and views of mountains. Lounge chairs are available in the warmer months. It is an ideal location, so close to Chico Hot Springs, 4-5 restaurants and bars, fishing, hiking and the quaint western town of Livingston!

Centrally located in a quiet part of Paradise Valley at the base of majestic Emigrant Peak. Enjoy incredible mountain views from the spacious great room as you cozy up to the gas fireplace. Just a few minutes from restaurants and live music venues at Chico Hot Springs, Sage Lodge and the Old Saloon. Great hiking and cross country skiing are nearby in the Absaroka Beartooth Wilderness. Yellowstone National Park is just 40 minutes south.

Emigrant Peak Home w/ Best View

Open and airy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. The master bedroom has a queen bed with an attached full bathroom. The other two bedrooms have one twin bed in each. The living room has an L shaped leather couch with an amazing view of Emigrant Peak. There is also a large TV screen to view your streaming services on. Attached is a dining room and large, well equipped kitchen. Just up the hill from a great BBQ joint and bakery. WE NOW HAVE AC!
