Brooke’s spot was beautiful and peaceful and we loved staying here. It felt very safe, clean, and cared for. My favorite part was the great kitchen! It is well equipped and spacious and we enjoyed many dinners on the patio and the dining room. Felt very comfortable staying in this spot. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone passing through Livingston!

So Fantastic that 1000 Words is not enough! The house and surroundings are just fabulous It was almost like being in Yellowstone. It was so beautiful around there. But what really stands out is the outstanding job that Leslie does in setting up the house. The house is clean and organized. It was warm and friendly. The space is fantastic. The deck is magnificent, but add to that just a little touches that Leslie has done throughout the house both in decorating and in stocking the place with things that an out of state traveler would need! My only regret is that I'm limited in the number of stars I can give. I wish she had a home available to rent in every place in the world - I would just always go to Leslie's place. it is worth every penny. Thank you Leslie for helping make our vacation so great.

My family and I were very happy with the accommodation. Great location if you’re planning on visiting Yellowstone, about 45 mins to Roosevelt arch entrance. Nearby shops in Livingston but still private, about 20 min drive. We felt very comfortable and were very grateful for Christopher’s quick response even from before we booked it. Check in is quick and easy but entry road is about a 5-10 min drive to the house and very bumpy. We had 8 guests in our party and figuring out the hot water situation was a little tricky. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a place for you and your family, while exploring Montana!

So greatful to Jacqueline for sharing her special piece of ‘Paradise (Valley)’ with us and the rest of the guests lucky enough to stumble upon it. House was spotless, and so well appointed. Truly the kitchen could not have been better. Beds were comfortable and the laundry room was a wonderful amenity after our time previously spent in Jackson and Grand Teton. I instacarted groceries from Livingston on our first night, although the Emigrant market was great. Neighborhood was perfect for walking/running and we loved local restaurants (Old Saloon, Follow Yer Nose, Sage Lodge, Wild Flour, etc). Chico Hot Springs is right down the road and the North entrance to Yellowstone is about a half hour away. We would LOVE to return and encourage anyone coming across this to book. I own a luxury travel agency and have stayed at Sage Lodge in the valley prior to finding Jackie’s place. While I loved that, too-we will be glad to return here!

Perfect place for our family vacation. The home is beautifully restored. Everyone enjoyed grabbing a book, playing chess, looking at paintings and photos on the wall. The location is perfect and walkable to go to dinner or getting drink.

House is extremely well appointed and had everything you could ask for. Very clean with gorgeous views from every angle. Highly recommend.

This place was everything as we thought it would be. I can’t begin to describe the hospitality and views you get here. Not sure if the views get better. The hosts were extremely helpful and gracious. They made recs on food and fun. The home had everything we needed and more. Coming from Georgia, it made the start of our Montana trip awesome. We already have plans to come back and stay here.

Kady's home was a beautiful cabin getaway tucked within Paradise Valley. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet, and the mountains surrounding the home were stunning. We especially appreciated how well-stocked the home was with all kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom essentials. Kady had laundry available with detergent if needed, there were extra linens in the bedroom closet, and she even had a pack-n-play available for use! Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home.

Michael was a fantastic host, he was responsive, and provided great recommendations. When we had questions, he was quick to reply. The house was clean, in great shape and as advertised. Beautifully set in the mountains, very close to the activities we pursued over the weekend and just a short ride to town. Would highly recommend this house, as the amenities and rooms were fantastic.

We had such a wonderful time at Teresa’s home. It was perfect for our party of 4 adults, 3 teens, and one child. Loved that the kids had their own space downstairs while the adults enjoyed wine on the front porch while viewing the amazing scenery. The home is only about 5-10 minutes from downtown Gardiner and the North Yellowstone entrance. We had dinner at Wonderland Cafe (sit outside in back courtyard) and Cowboy Grille. Both were great. All that to say…I highly recommend Teresa’s house and will recommend to all my friends. Thanks Teresa!

The place was beautiful inside and outside with the Mountain View’s. We loved the patio area to enjoy the great weather. Everything was perfect.

Everything was communicated perfectly.. The location was great. It was private, quiet, and the neighbors were very friendly. It was great because we could do walks around the neighborhood and a very low traffic area. Also everything the house made it easy for us to cook and feel comfortable like it was our own home. The two tubs were awesome. One was a Jacuzzi and the other was just a big soaking tub. We took advantage of those. Also, the sauna was a nice added feature. The communication was excellent between us and the host, although there wasn’t much communication needed between us and Michael , since Everything was perfect. When we come back to Livingston, we will be staying here again. Thank you for a great home to stay in and definitely worth the money.

Everything about the space and experience was perfect. Environment was breathtaking with wildlife walking through. Sounds of water rushing and birds chirping. Kitchen had everything we needed and amenities abound. We appreciated the blender as we make smoothies a lot. Ample linens for cool nights and comfortable beds. Sleeping was easy after long days adventuring. Coffee on the back deck was peaceful in the mornings. We felt at home. Highly recommend!

Mija’s place was just what we needed. A place close to downtown Livingston, 45 min for Bozeman, and just an hour away from Yellowstone. Everything was clean and comfy. It was nice to be able to do laundry during our stay as well.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL HOME!!! We walked into the home and were amazed by the cleanliness, decor, and amenities provided. We walked out to the back deck and couldn’t believe the stunning views of the river/mountain. Located right between Big Sky and Bozeman there is plenty to do. Further more there is a rafting/zip lining/fly-fishing adventure center right down the street. This peaceful and beautiful home is everything and more we could have asked for. We would 100% stay again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. Thank you!

Our first visit to Montana was beyond what we expected! Everything was so beautiful especially Sara's beautiful Airbnb. The view is the reason I booked the house to begin with and let me tell you it is better than the pictures! The house was beautiful and super clean. The linens and beds were so comfortable! We went out exploring everyday and couldn't wait to come back to the amazing view we had at the house. Definitely will book again if we come back to Montana!
