The space is incredibly generous, and I especially appreciated that it’s pet-friendly. Our dog, Mila, had an absolute blast! Everything from the amenities to the overall comfort made our stay truly enjoyable. If you’re looking to get away from the busy city center, this villa is a perfect choice. The nearby souk, with its modern supermarket, cozy cafés, and great restaurants, adds a lot of convenience. The community itself is green, safe, and very walkable. I was staying for business and the apartment provided exactly what is required. A peaceful retreat from the day. Yes it is close to the airport so there is the associated noise from aircraft but I did not hear them inside. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The on site caretaker was excellent.

It’s as described. Beautiful view of the Burj. Mohammed was extremely responsive. Great host! He went above and beyond to make sure his guests are well taken care of. We stayed a few days and loved it. Thanks Mohammed. We are very appreciative. It’s close to everything. If you drive a vehicle, reach out to him first to let him know. :) Highly recommend.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay! The apartment is huge, bigger than what it looks on the photos. The king bed was soft with fresh bedsheets. Everything was clean and comfortable. Apartment has standing shower and the bathtub with all necessities . Host is super accommodating and kind. He made sure we had everything needed. 100% recommend

Excellent communication from the start to finish. Christine was incredibly friendly and flexible from the get-go. She made everything very easy and answered any questions I had really quickly. The apartment had the beautiful balcony views of the sea . The pool was a good size with loungers and umbrellas. This must be accessed from floor P2. It is a bit of maze to get in and out if you try to walk around inside the building grounds. P1 is the exit to street floor and not G (ground floor?) Underground parking provided which kept the car cooler. There is a little shop under the apartment which was great for breakfast pastries. The was a welcome bottle of fizz and chocolate which were a nice touch. All toiletries provided and extra towels available. Lovely morning / evening beach or golf course walks. Very safe, quiet and a very big area to explore. Be mindful of where you walk with the many birds perched around the roofs of the buildings. I would definitely return again. Loved it!

Very comfortable studio with a nice bed and a spectacular view. Great location for Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.

Great and helpful host and good accommodation

I just wanted to express my sincere thanks for accommodating us so kindly. We had an amazing stay, and we’d love to return again. This is my second visit, and I still get the same feeling—it's like being at home. The place has everything you need, so there's no need to bring anything except your personal essentials and food. It's also incredibly convenient, with the park and pools just behind the property. Looking forward to our next visit!

This was hands down the most amazing place we’ve ever stayed in through Airbnb truly a hidden gem! From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless and beautifully set up. The place is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need the kitchen had all the essentials and more, making cooking a breeze. The home is also smart-enabled with Alexa, which made everything even more convenient and modern. The pool was the perfect size great for both relaxing and having fun. And when it comes to entertainment, this place has everything! Indoors, there’s a PlayStation and Nintendo setup that kept us entertained for hours. Outdoors, we enjoyed ping pong, bowling, and even a life-sized chess game so much fun for everyone! On top of all that, the value was unbeatable. For the price, what we got was far beyond our expectations. The host was also incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with responsive, helpful, and made the whole stay seamless. MOST RECOMMENDED!!

Spacious, peaceful, and incredibly well-equipped, it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The place was spotless, and the host was very responsive throughout.
