Romantic detached cottage with large veranda

Onthaasten doet u in ons schitterende vrijstaande volledig ingerichte natuurhuisje. Het is gelegen aan een mooie landweg, omgeven door oude eiken. Een sfeervolle houten veranda op het zuid-westen, volledig overdekt, met uitzicht op onze (schapen-)wei. Is het te koud? Pak een elektrisch dekentje. U kunt altijd buiten zitten en genieten van de prachtige luchten en ondergaande zon. Rust en veel privacy. Door de elektr. haard en vloerverwarming is het huis ook zeer geschikt voor de winterperiode.

The Atmospheric Farmhouse

Het Sfeerboerderijtje, een compleet ingericht huis. Voor als je toe bent aan een heerlijk weekendje weg of als thuisbasis voor een langer verblijf op de Veluwe en Achterhoek. Op fietsafstand van Hanzestad Zutphen. Liggend aan de N345. De omgeving biedt volop mogelijkheden om erop uit te trekken, de natuur in, of bezoek aan Hanzestad Zutphen. Het Sfeerboerderijtje is het achterste deel van onze akkerbouwboerderij, maar je hebt volledige privacy door een eigen ingang en terras. Voel je welkom!

Ontbijt mogelijk op aanvraag( minimaal 1 dag voor aankomst), €10 pp Eigen opgang via trap naar prachtige veranda, ruime lichte slaapkamer met zithoek en aangrenzende ruime badkamer. Centrum, station, OV, diverse winkels en eetgelegenheden op 1 km afstand. In de buurt van Paleis Het Loo, Apenheul, Julianatoren, Orpheus, Omnisport, Thermen Bussloo en de Kroondomeinen. De prachtige natuur op de Veluwe met diverse wandel- en fietsroutes.

Maja's Hideaway is set deep in our large private forest. Handmade out of many reclaimed materials by Jaap, and personally designed to blend into the glorious high trees by Lucinda, with 10.5m metres of glass so you can watch the animals pass by from the sofa. The terrace is a morning sun trap for a great yoga and meditation session followed by breakfast to the birdsong chorus. Perfect for a couple (plus baby in cot) or 2 friends. Beautiful pool house with indoor pool

Luxury wellness on the edge of the forest on the Veluwe. Unique guesthouse for two people with exclusive private use of the indoor pool, showers, private bathroom and (Finnish) sauna. Private driveway and fully equipped kitchen in park-like garden. No animals allowed! The building consists largely of (partly mirrored) glass and has no curtains. Within cycling distance of the Hoge Veluwe, Apeldoorn station and Paleis het Loo. Ideal location for mountain biking, running and cycling.

Just get away from it all, catch your breath, hike, bike in a quiet area. Enjoy the tranquility and space in and around the Atelier GewoonDoennn. The room features a fully equipped kitchen. There is a pocket spring sofa bed that can be made into two single or one double bed. Bath towels and bedding are provided. In the garden, a few different seating areas have been created. Cost of using the sauna is €20 for 4 hours. A sound massage in the yurt can be booked, €60 per session.

The living room has French doors to a sunny private terrace with beautiful views over the landscape. In the living room, there is a kitchenette with fridge and coffee/tea facilities and cooking facilities on a 2-burner induction plate. The sleeping area has a comfortable double bed with its own shower, sink and toilet.
