1-room apartment in the basement of a beautiful detached house. Private entrance, private bathroom. Centrally located, but very quiet! Just a few steps to U-Bahn [subway] line 6. In 8 minutes you are in the city (Kröpke/train station). 15 minutes to Messe Ost. TiHo and MHH are also easily accessible. Approx. 2-minute walk to the IHK :) Good bakery and supermarket around the corner. Ceiling height 2.05 m. Total of about 25 square meters (with hallway and bathroom). Your oasis in the middle of Hanover

You are within walking distance of the main train station, the gateway to the city. Almost at the doorstep is the popular Lister Meile with its nice cafes, restaurants and shops. At the end of Lister Meile you will reach the largest urban forest in Europe, the Eilenriede. The apartment is quiet, bright, spacious and has two TVs. Wi-Fi can also be used on the balcony. Of course, sleeping comfort is especially important. That's why we value good mattresses and also offer neck pillows.

Cottage Wilkenburg

Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

In the extension of our house, which was formerly used as a practice, this studio is available for your exclusive, private use. Next to a small hallway with a shoe cabinet and wardrobe is the small bathroom with toilet and shower. In the large, bright living room there is a small kitchenette (but NOT a fully equipped kitchen) with a sink. A foldable sofa can accommodate a third person. Behind a medium-high partition is the double bed directly at the large window.

Beautiful, completely renovated, lovingly and comfortably furnished 3-room apartment in the heart of Hanover: the Lister Meile with its numerous small shops, restaurants and bars is right next door. The nearest U-Bahn [subway] station is 'Sedanstraße/Lister Meile.' The main train station is also a 7-minute walk away. A workplace with fast Wi-Fi is available as well as a parking space in the rear courtyard. NETFLIX and Amazon Prime to combat boredom as well.

Stay in an artist's studio

In my beautiful newly renovated artist's studio you can relax, live, be creative, work or unwind. My studio is located directly on the quiet and green Bonifatiusplatz and is just a stone's throw from the Lister Meile with its nice little shops and cafes. There are two cozy rooms (a bedroom/living room and the studio room with a large desk), a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new renovated bathroom.

Suite-Dreams Loft

The loft was created from former commercial premises. It is open plan and contains many details in the industrial style. Old bricks, polished and sealed concrete, wood from an old oak, old machine parts made of cast iron and many other unique things have helped make the loft a special place. The loft is quietly located in a courtyard. It is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible.
