Bienvenidos a casa,un lugar pensado para disfrutar

Casa del año 1932 reformada manteniendo el encanto original de la época. Dispone de 4 habitaciones dobles, una de ellas tipo suite. Tiene lavadero y buhardilla utilizada como sala de estudio, biblioteca, gimnasio y con salida a una terraza soleada. Descubre detalles y particularidades de los espacios de la casa y posibles actividades a realizar por la zona en nuestro instagram: @_casaalba_ Los huéspedes pueden acceder libremente a todos los espacios abiertos de la casa; sala de estar, comedor, cocina, baños, lavadero, estudio, patio, balcones y terraza. Hay dos espacios privados de la propiedad cerrados para almacenamiento personal. Se dejan abiertos y preparados los dormitorios necesarios según los huéspedes que contratan la casa. No estamos en a casa durante la estancia, pero nos gusta estar en contacto por cualquier duda y estamos disponibles para ayudar en caso que sea necesario. La casa se encuentra al casco antiguo junto a la Plaza Mayor, la calle es muy tranquila, céntrica, con árboles y a 10 minutos del Lago a pie. Banyoles por si no lo conocéis es un pueblo tranquilo rodeado de un entorno natural único para hacer actividades de recreo y deportivas con interés cultural/histórico. De camino a las montañas del Pirineu y el mar de la Costa Brava. El propio barrio dispone de todo tipo de tiendas, bares, restaurantes, supermercados… PARQUIN EN LA ZONA/ PARKING IN THE AREA: (ES) *Delante de casa es ZONA AZUL, se tiene que pagar a las maquinas durante este horario: de Lunes a Sábado 9:00-13:00 y de 17:00-20:30 *Aparcamiento gratuito cerca de casa, la misma calle de abajo por ejemplo Carrer Torres i Bages (todas las calles que se marcan los aparcamientos en líneas de color blanco). *Tenemos parquin cerrado cerca de casa. Un logement fonctionnel, propre, bien équipé (rénové récemment) dans un quartier résidentiel de Llança. Un accès facile au sentier côtier qui permet de belles randonnées (Port de la Selva, ...). Un service Interhome efficace et réactif (kit d'arrivée, livraison de couverture, procédure d'arrivée facile). Seul bémol, une isolation inexistante des appartements mitoyens (à côté et au dessus) qui peut être problématique en cas de voisins bruyants.

Très bon emplacement, logement très propre et bien équipé. Cerise sur le gâteaux : un parking privé, ce qui s'avère indispensable à Tossa car il est très difficile de se garer dans la ville et tous les parking sont payant.

For a starter we came at 10.30 in the morning and the keys ware already prepared for us. This is way earlier than a standart procedure of check-in after 16h. We always drive at night to avoid day traffic jams so this early check -in is very nice feature that more companies should offer. Very good appartement, few streets away from a very good beach. Everything was clean, kitchen has a thousand of everything. 2 toilets is a nice bonus 🥹. And the spacious balcony is great. Parking can be tricky but in the worst case you have to walk for 5min from the parking. Shopping center, supermarket and various restaurants are within a 3 to 5minutes walk. Best place we visited in Spain for the last 3 years.

Cet appartement était idéal pour deux ! Sa vue sur la marina est tellement apaisante et calme en mai ! La plage est à proximité, les commerces, activités et restaurants aussi, nous y sommes allés à pied ! Nous recommandons totalement cette destination pour un couple ou petite famille puisqu’il y a un canapé lit !

El alojamiento coincide con la descripción y las fotos. Al llegar estaba todo limpio y ordenado, con sábanas y toallas. Incluye todo lo que dice en el anuncio. Zona tranquila y bonita, de fácil acceso y con zona gratis para aparcar fuera. A unos 20 minutos andando de la playa. Interhome siempre disponible para cualquier duda. Muy recomendable para unas vacaciones tranquilas.

Appartement est super propre, tout neuf, bien équipé. Ca sentait trop bon quand on est arrivé. Bien localisé, loin de l’agitation du centre ville tout en étant proche, même à pied. Même pas 5 minutes à pied de la plage! Je recommande vivement!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille. La vue est imprenable! Très proche des plus belles plages. Logement conforme à la description. Lieu très calme. Le fait que la piscine soit une piscine partagée n'a pas posé de problème, respect mutuel des personnes présentes. Nous recommandons !

Villa Lavande by Interhome

My family and I stayed here for 10days in mid June. The Villa was lovely, very spacious and airy and peaceful. It was great having the pool and lovely garden (despite the mosquitos who loved our Irish blood unfortunately!) and the views of the mountains was spectacular. Our host was very accommodating regarding the check-in and checkout times (our flights were a bit awkward) and she was on hand when we thought there was an issue with the pool (there wasn't!). The local town, Saint Genis, was quaint and everyone was very friendly and helpful (we unfortunately had to visit the pharmacy a couple of times). Argeles and Collioure were only 15-20 mins drive away, very easy to get to with loads of nice restaurants to check out and my Dad enjoyed his daily morning swim at the peaceful Plage du Racou. All in all it was a great stay at the Villa. One small note, it would have been nice to have had towels provided for the stay, we bought some in the supermarket. Other than that, perfect!
