It's a typical detached house in the traditional Gerundense neighborhood of Sant Narcís. In the heart of Girona, a 10-minute walk to Barri Vell (Old Town) and a 3-minute walk to the train, BIRD and bus station. The house consists of 160 m2 spread over 2 floors, the first floor are common areas, dining room - living room, kitchen, bathroom, 150m2 patio with garage and bicycle workshop.

Comfy room, near the city center and the old town (where the shooting of Game of Thrones was made :). We are in Oviedo street number 3. 5th floor, 4th door. Really near to the train/bus station. A ful equipped house with all his facilities available to you. We Lorena and Joan will look after you to have a 10/10 stay and we will try you feel at home.

Disfruta de tu visita en Girona alojándote en mi piso. Distancia entre casa y Renfe: 10' a pie o bus L2. Te va a encantar mi lugar debido a la cocina, la luz, la claridad, el barrio, y las zonas exteriores. Puedes preparar tu almuerzo (no lo servimos). Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros y viajeros de negocios. Si quieres puedes igualmente realizar una estancia de salud en mi escuela de cocina EspaiCuinarSa y apuntarte a talleres de cocina saludable hechos con alimentos ecológicos.
