First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

Opossums, raccoons, deer, blue tailed skinks, toads, fireflies, groundhogs, and bobcats are a few of the critters you might see or hear. Come get back to nature. Kitchen floors and some cabinets were recently redone, new stove and huge fridge -we supply a free bottle of wine to boot, and relax on the large comfy sofa!

Gufler Mansion Garden Level Flat

The Garden Level Flat is one of the more modernized areas of the historic Gufler Mansion, and boasts a full kitchen, spacious living room, dining area, unique bathroom, and multiple bedrooms - each with a different theme. It is accessible through stairs from the Mansion proper, or via a private access door from the parking area. Breakfast is included with your stay. You'll have the floor to yourself and are welcome to explore other areas of the Mansion.
