Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Das Haus ist aus Holz, 130qm, mit Kaminofen, Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern und großem Garten. Zu den Geschäften ist es 400m. In der Wohnung lebt eine Katze, Pearl. Es gibt eine Garten-Sauna, am Haus, in der 3 Leute liegen können. Vor der Sauna steht eine Feuerschale. Kosten: 10 Euro pro Stunde für die Sauna. Bitte die Saunanutzung anmelden, da ich eine kurze Einweisung geben muss. Es kann gegrillt werden, ein Grill steht bereit.

Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.

The large lake can be reached within a few minutes on foot and leaves nothing to be desired. There are no limits to a quiet walk or an exciting excursion.
