This is the second time I've stayed at Guille's apartment and I'd do it again. The apartment is very comfortable, has everything you need, perfect cleanliness and Guille is a great host, very attentive, flexible and always available. I highly recommend it!

The apartment was exactly as described. Super clean, privileged location, 100 m from the Costanera, a walk with the best restaurants, pubs, bars of Posadas, all within walking distance. There is a supermarket with long opening hours 100 m away. The crossing to Paraguay is 300 meters away, where you can take the train and cross the bridge in 8 minutes for less than a dollar. In addition, the apartment offers adapters, cables, essential today if you forget any, good wifi. Lucas greets you with a basket filled with coffees, a variety of teas, powdered milk, cookies, and jams. Bathroom amenities. Lucas is an exceptional host, friendly, always attentive, with the best local tips, always in a good mood, smiling, excellent talks and cordiality. In front of the apartment there is a small square with a variety of incredible trees. The location and Lucas are a real plus. It was my first trip to Posadas, I will return to Lucas' several more times! Highly recommended!

Very attentive and quick to resolve. Cutlery and a little more equipped kitchen would be good. Some cables are short and do not reach the socket. Beyond that, it's great!

Everything was excellent!! Highly recommended. The apartment is very nice, spacious and with lots of amenities. It has an amazing view and the pool is very large. Lucas was an excellent host, responding quickly and always attentive to details and requests. I definitely highly recommend it and we will surely stay there again.

Great stay! The location is great, in the center, close to restaurants and the place is safe. The host, Eduardo, was very helpful and responded to the messages super quick, also gave hints of places to visit in the city. The apartment is well complete, clean and the rooms are good. I recommend!!

It is quiet but also has the beautiful avenue with a park and the edge of downtown next door. The Villa Sarita neighborhood is very nice with everything you need.

The apartment is better than in the photos, new, with all new and quality appliances and kitchen utensils. Limpeza was impeccable, the bath is great. Rooms with spacious lockers, very comfortable beds, everything smelling. The apartment has great sound and thermal insulation, in addition to good internet. There is a covered garage space and barbecue at your disposal. Near bakeries, markets, fruit trees, you can walk to the center, being a safe neighborhood to walk at night. It is 1km from Costaneira, which we also walked. Always available hosts, dear ones, have given us great tips, we will always remember Carmen and Juan with great affection. The caprice is noticeable in every detail. We recommend and we will be back for sure.

Excellent attention as always from Marcos, stands out as always his quick solution to problems, the accommodation spectacular and in good condition with an excellent location.

We loved our stay. The views are spectacular. There were 4 of us in our party and the apartment was comfortable for us. The air conditioner cooled the house down and the showers were nice and hot. We were able to cool off in the pool. Plus an easy drive to the beach areas. Edgar the manager kept in touch with us and was easy to talk with when we needed help.

The place is very comfortable and comfortable, it has an incredible garden, the environment is beautiful and safe, the host is very warm and respectful, the best wave and always attentive to everything, I recommend it and I would definitely come back.

Impeccable stay! The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and bright. It is very well equipped (the kitchen has a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, air fryer, among other things), the beds are super comfortable. The location is beautiful, overlooking the river and meters from the waterfront, ideal for those who enjoy going for a walk or running outdoors. You have the possibility of walking to eat at different well-known and rich places. Facundo's service was a 10, always checking if we needed anything and responding quickly to any questions. Great stay. I highly recommend it and I would go back!

The apartment is very nice, cozy, with everything you need for a good stay, good location, everything is very clean. Aspect to improve : 1- The host must be more attentive to inquiries from the guest. 2- You must send the exact location and specifications for the arrival of the same. 3- Leave the Guest's name on guard and the apartment number that corresponds to him.

Everything this property was promised-was absolutely true. Apartment was comfortable and clean. View from balcony and bedroom was outstanding. A couple little hiccups with property staff with friendliness issues only to be rectified by others who went above and beyond to be helpful. The on site host(ess) was great: helpful, knowledgeable and prompt with important information as needed. This is a great property located in a great location of a growing and active city.
