At the foot of beautiful terraces just minutes from the Basilica of Tirano and the Bernina Red Train station, Cà Merlo Deluxe is a Lombard guesthouse with bed and breakfast service located on the first floor of a large stone house. It has a separate entrance and an outdoor parking space reserved for guests. Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. The House on Castle Hill – Complete privacy

The house is very welcoming. Consisting of a studio furnished in modern style with all comforts, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and hot tub. All surrounded by nature and the outdoor presence of a large swimming pool for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests. The property being close to the medieval castle is not accessible by your own means, we use our car to bring guests and luggage. However, it is a 200-meter walk in the green of the hill.

It's the perfect location for a relaxing holiday far from the city: no traffic, no cars, just walking and trekking, or swimming! The atmosphere of the house is full of art&history and it's ideal for a romantic escape with a stunning lake view.
