Beach condo holiday rentals in Engenho Beach

Accommodation according to the photos, all organized, very clean and smelling! Amazing sunset view, short walk to the beach and a short drive to the mall. Staff of the building, even of the beach service, were very polite. Tatiana has always been available and requests. We will definitely return!

Ana from the first contact, responded promptly to all my doubts and helped me a lot with tips and suggestions, as it was the first time we went to the region, her apartment is the same as the photos, everything available for us to use, bed linen and towels all clean, very well equipped, very close to the beach, and even the place on the beach to stay is very close to the apartment, as the condominium offers chairs and sunshine, which made me comfortable to go and come back from the beach several times throughout the day. For those who like to bustle, have a mall and a space of events nearby, were beemmm hectic, with lots of food and music. I like the tranquility better, but I went there curious. Quiet, clean and safe streets, I felt safe in the area. It was worth the stay in Ana's apartment for a lot. I loved it from start to finish.

Very well located , practical and very clean apartment. Good mattresses , towels and linens. The only thing missing would be to be able to access the laundry room.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable, well located. We only stayed one weekend and we couldn't enjoy the leisure area, which is very good. Renato is a very helpful person and gave us all the necessary attention. Riviera is a very safe place for that moment of relaxation.

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention by Sergio, I felt at home, because the apt offers all the amenities necessary for the daily life on the coast and after a day of the beach finish with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. Stunning stay, the accommodations are exactly like the photos, all very clean, organized and functional. Gabriela is an odd person, accessible at all times and supported us in everything, always explaining everything in the smallest detail. The condominium is quiet, security 24h, has a mini convenience and has polite and helpful staff. The beach is a few steps away from the condominium and has beach service (chair and sunguard). We love the stay. Positive points: Well located, 2 blocks from the beach, clean and well organized house, all closed with screens and free of insects, well equipped (cups, kitchen utensils, ...only the coffee maker was broken plus there was a strainer), fantastic barbecue, top showers, super quiet and well frequented place, without noisy people, safe place with 24-hour concierge, photos of the residence. Fantastic for a few days as a family, accommodating very well 5 people. Improvement Oportundiades: Major trash in the kitchen, softer mattresses and no additional toppings (my preference), lockers slightly worn out by the sea, but in good conditions, a little more facilities offered in the service such as putting on and removing the leased bed linen (detail) and a little bit more agility in communication. We'll be back for sure. Thanks a lot to Caroline and Dilson for offering us this opportunity, we think it's fantastic!!!

We love the apartment: spacious, beautiful, extremely clean and comfortable. Like the photos of the ad, it has a large room, large windows where a lot of natural light comes in, beautiful view, air conditioning, in short, we would definitely return! Sidney was very kind and attentive, sending local tips and supporting us! The condominium is also very pleasant with an excellent leisure area and friendly staff!

Our stay was super peaceful, the house is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment to make a good barbecue, the house has everything we need to use on the beach, everything was clean and we felt very peaceful in the house because the condominium provides a parking space and 24-hour doorman. Natalia gave us several tips on places to go in Juquehy, the house is exactly 15 minutes walk from the beach sand, we were able to go by car and stop in front of the beach! We were able to enjoy everything the house had and we will definitely return!

Do you have a 6-star rating on Airbnb? Spectacular all in this place, Nathalia and her husband were extremely attentive to us. The village helped us with our dog , boating. Sensational! Amazing place and we will definitely go back. Location, cleanliness and location all note 10.

The stay was excellent! Vera was always very friendly and helpful, responded quickly and helped us with any questions. The apt looks like the photos: they are 3 main suites and 1 adapted service suite, which can be used for guests as well. The bedding was of great quality, clean and soft. Apt well decorated and tasteful. We went with young children and we had no problems. Wifi works, but it's not very powerful for video-conference if you go to work. For the basics, it serves well. Very close to the beach, with chairs service. Da to walk to the mall and restaurants. We hired an employee for cleaning and cooking and it was excellent as well.

This is a wonderful house, in a terrific location right at the corner of the beach in a very quiet area. The house is really well decorated and exceptionally clean. The host was very helpful with tips for the area. We will love to come back one day.

The perfect stay, property exactly as advertised, Sérgio extremely kind and request, we lost the door key, and provided us with a copy, and did not charge us for the copy that will have to be remade, conclusion... all perfect with our family trip!!! Everything was good. Some repairs needed. But the place is wonderful. We will definitely be back.
