My stay in Boraceia was very good! The building is very well located, in front of the beach. The apartment is great and extremely clean! The spaces are organized and well divided, with everything you need. The beach is very quiet, clean, family-friendly and the best part, it is pet friendly! The host Samara was very attentive and understanding regarding an unforeseen event I had with the dates of my reservation. I was immensely grateful for your empathy. I will recommend the property to friends and family, and I intend to return other times!

The apartment is large and spacious, sleeps 8 comfortably. The location is excellent, standing in the sand with a very good view of the beach (3rd floor). There is a need for some maintenance that does not disgrace the apartment. Repeti the stay in this apartment.

The Vanessa Apartment is simply perfect, super clean, smelling. We found everything you need in the kitchen. The Gourmet area is spectacular, the ofurô made all the difference, we take rainy days and enjoy too much. My husband loves to barbecue and loved the gas barbecue and all the utensils. It was very worth it, our stay was perfect.

We were delighted with the coverage! The property is exactly as in the pictures: spacious, clean and very well equipped. The private pool was an incredible differential, perfect for relaxing after the beach. The two suites are comfortable and guarantee privacy, ideal for families or couples. The location is excellent, close to Praia da Enseada, with a supermarket and pharmacy a few steps, as well as easy access for those who come from outside. The check-in and check-out were super quiet. We will definitely return and highly recommend!

The stay was perfect. The house is much more than we imagined: equipped, clean and very comfortable. The heated pool is a differential, you can enjoy it until the evening. Fábio is a great host, he answered all our questions quickly. José, the pool manager, is very friendly and gave us several tips on what to do in Ilhabela. We just spent an amazing weekend at this house in Praia da Baleia! The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped — it has all the utensils we need for a perfect stay. There are four suites, a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, pizza oven, and it's close to the beach! The condominium is super nice and safe, with beautiful houses around. The host was excellent, always responded quickly and gave us all the right directions. I highly recommend it for those who want to enjoy relaxing days with family or friends. We sure want to go back!

A charming getaway in the middle of nature!! The little house is a charm (we're in love with her!) One of those places that makes you want to stay forever. Surrounded by plants and nature on all sides, it conveys a peace that made us feel right at home. The atmosphere is cozy, light, full of charm and care in every detail. We felt super at ease, it was like an embrace of nature with the comforts of home. Casainha met (and exceeded!) all our expectations! I recommend it from the heart. A delight of place, full of good energy. We sure want to go back!

Great house to go with the dogs, the beach is 3km from the house walking, you can rest.. very good neighborhood.. but if you are going to stay more than 5 days it is complicated because there is no washing machine.. but other than that it is very good and extremely clean and organized..

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it.
