Marc and Dave were incredible. They were responsive and proactive! I will definitely be back. We had a family of 7 and even though it was small, we were comfortable. The bikes were an added bonus and amazing to use for our trips to the Daiquiri Deck! Although the weather didn’t cooperate we still had an amazing time and would 10000% recommend this place. Traveling with 5 kids can be stressful and they made accommodations seamless!

We had a great trip and loved our stay at the cottage! There was plenty of room for our family of 4 and our dog. The cottage was well stocked with everything you may need. We also liked that there were no stairs. The courtyard was very pretty and had games set up. It was a short, pleasant walk to Crescent Beach, our favorite beach in the area. It’s beautiful, less crowded than Siesta Beach, and a great spot for shelling. During low tide we were able to get to Point of Rocks and that area is so beautiful! Highly recommend!

The place was very clean, and everything that required was provided. It was in a park setting, which suited us just fine.

Clean, comfortable unit. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom had a generous supply of plush towels. Danil and David were great to work with. I would return again.

Inside, every detail felt outstanding—from the freshly laundered linens and plush towels to the fully equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze. Madeline’s communication was first-class, offering clear check-in instructions and local recommendations that turned our weekend into a seamless escape. Every little touch—from the high-speed Wi-Fi to the thoughtful supply of beach chairs and umbrellas—was superior… the gold standard of hospitality. Location-wise, you couldn’t ask for more: just a quick four-minute stroll to Crescent Beach’s powdery white sands, turquoise blue water and deep red, yellow and orange sunsets. Within steps you’ll find a lineup of dining options—fresh seafood at waterfront restaurants, laid-back bars serving sunset cocktails, and cozy cafés perfect for post-beach coffee. In every way, our stay was awesome!

The Pink Pineapple Cottage was exactly as the listing described. It is such a cute little cottage. It was perfect for my husband and me. It was a short drive to Nokomis Beach and North Jetty Beach. It was less than a half an hour drive to Siesta Key and Manasota Key beaches. It is a nice quiet and private area. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay. If we visit this area again, this would be our first choice.

Wonderful home, great energy with beautiful artwork. Nadja was a wonderful host.

We mostly used the place to sleep as our Venice children’s family keep us very busy providing meals, transportation etc. However we used the kitchen to eat snacks and doggy bag food from restaurants. Plus we used clothes washer and dryer too. By using the facility even this much we did discover how well the place is set up and fully functional. We enjoyed the place and will try to book it again in any future trips to the area.

By far the most relaxing vacation our family has taken. The home is even more beautiful in person than the pictures show. The host's style and decor are just perfect for a cool beachy vibe which adds to the whole experience of being on LGI. Hosts were extremely accommodating during our stay. We cannot wait to return! ☀️

Michele’s place was the perfect place for my husband and myself. The house was very clean and comfortable. We brought our boat and rented Michele’s golf cart. Michele’s instructions for docking our boat and using the cart was helpful and precise. Michele was very flexible and gracious when we asked to arrive a day earlier. We very much enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again and recommend her place to others.

Amy is a terrific host and always on hand with local suggestions, additionally to the comprehensive package at the property. The property itself is in an amazing location, with just a 60 second walk to the beach and bath like sea! To help, Amy provides all the kit needed for the beach with chairs, parasols and towels easily to hand. The kitchen is great with all cooking implements you need and the living room has a massive TV with all the required streaming services logged in. I would definitely recommend Amy as a host!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sara’s charming cottage. The house was spotless and incredibly peaceful, providing the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle. The beautiful pond on the property was a highlight—ideal for relaxing and fishing, which we thoroughly enjoyed. My son did not want to leave. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring restful nights after our day outdoors. Sara was an amazing host—always responsive, friendly, and attentive to our needs. We also loved having a barbecue outside the cottage while enjoying the nature. Overall, this cottage is a true gem. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway with great amenities and a fantastic host. We can’t wait to come back!

It was the perfect place for a couples get away! The beautiful surroundings outside and creature comforts inside made it very relaxing. But it was convenient to shopping. The screened in porch had enough room to entertain our friends. It was a short ride to the beach or downtown ! Best price around !

Charles place was amazing! The location is prime! A house away from bay and less than 5min walk to the beach! People are friendly and it was perfect for children! House was just what we needed- perfect room for a small family! Thanks Charles!

Absolutely fantastic stay! This Airbnb is a gem, located just 8 minutes away from the beach, making it incredibly convenient for beach lovers. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable – it was super duper clean and well-maintained. The hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay. From a fully stocked kitchen to cozy linens and even beach gear, they've got it all covered. The attention to detail and thoughtful amenities truly made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Great place and great host! We were there for a pickleball tournament and the house was very convenient to the venue, restaurants, and stores. Easy check in and very cute place

Great place located within walking distance of Nokomis beach and beach bars/restaurants. Few minutes drive to Venice for numerous other food options, along with fast food on the main road nearby. Very peaceful location.

Friendly owners, private location and a clean place to stay. All you could really ask for. If ever in Fort Meyers again, I would certainly look to come here first.
