Beautiful apartment with amazing view

The apartment is on the 8th floor of one of the tallest buildings in Playa del Inglés and offers a beautiful sea view. Since I also use it as a holiday and home-office space, it is furnished to a high standard with a good balance of storage and open space. My guests and I especially enjoy keeping the balcony door open in the morning to take in the view. Note: The building is centrally located and there is a road nearby – it can occasionally be heard when the balcony door is open.

Balcony whit a fantastic beach/sea view, pool and a big roof terrace with free sun beds. Sun on the private terrace from midday until early evening.

One bedroom, recently refurbished within walking distance to the dunes and beach. Ideal for walking, cycling, etc. Very welcoming. Great for couples.

Beach House, Playa del Inglés

A cozy apartment with an excellent location in Playa del Inglés, a two-minute walk from the beach. The house has a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom (with air conditioning), a bathroom, and a beautiful terrace - garden with direct access to the pool area, being located in a solarium area with hammocks next to the terrace. The complex has free parking included in the complex and two community pools.

Recent gerenoveerd appartement met 1 slaapkamer. Centraal gelegen aan de doorgaande weg tussen strand (300m) en winkel en uitgaanscentrum Yumbo (400m). Gelegen in een kleinschalig complex (gerenoveerd in 2022) met zwembad. Vanwege de ligging, onbeperkt internet (glasvezel), wasmachine en TV (incl. chromecast en TV) en goed voorziene keuken (oven, vaatwasser, vriezer etc) geschikt voor zowel een kort als langer verblijf.

Great flat at 3th floor( 4th real )of a retro building in second line of beach. No lift as this is a residential building and lifts are not common in this area and only required from 5th floor. Amazing sea view and just 1 min walk to the promenade and beach at lower level. The flat is completely new with air conditioning. Flat only for strict 2 people sharing the double bed. No extra people are allowed to stay over.
