This newly renovated modern 2-bedroom villa in Playa del Ingles offers a private tropical garden with outdoor sofas and dining area, sun beds, a Jacuzzi and a roof terrace. Inside you’ll find a big sofa in the lounge area and a desk, a large TV, a nice fully equipped open kitchen with an interior dining area. The bathroom has a rainfall shower. Both bedrooms have comfortable double beds and air condition. This peaceful and quiet complex offers a great 25-meter pool as well as children's pool.

The garden is totally private with nobody overlooking so you can sunbathe in private but there is also plenty of shade in the terrace. We have 2 BBq's, one gas and one charcoal. WiFi and IPTV with all sports and movie channels.
