Hear the water shower and watch the sun go down over the treetops. Here you have 80 meters to the water's edge and 200 meters to the forest. It calls for morning baths in the waves and walks in the woods with the children. The house caters both to those who appreciate well-appointed and cozy surroundings - and for the family with children. Three bedrooms; two bedrooms with double bed (180 cm), one with bunk bed for children or adults under 175 cm. Including an uninsulated annex, which can be used from Easter to autumn holidays. The house has a heat pump.

Our lovely summerhouse was built in 2005 as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. The house is 220 m2 of high quality living space i the danish countryside by Lake Gyrstinge in Central Zealand. 4 doublerooms, sleeping loft w. 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms, kitchen fully equiped for 10 persons, big living room. Completely furnished with all neccesary houshold utensils. The house holds a wood-fired sauna and a wilderness spa which guests can rent for an additional fee of DKK 1100 for the spa and 700 for the sauna. If you rent both items the cost is DKK 1500 for two days.

The house is located with approx. 200 meters to the water via a small path and, 100 m to the forest and 1 km to shopping and restaurant. The cottage was built in 2021, the kitchen is in open connection with the living room and with the large glass section to the garden there is a unique view, there are two good double bedrooms, an office with sofa bed and cot, as well as 1 bathroom with underfloor heating.

Enjoy the peaceful nature of Falster Island with bike trails, hiking trails, forests, and the wild seaside of Denmark. Located in vejringe but close to Stubbekøbing, with restaurants, museums and a quaint harbor area with a historic ferry to Bogø. The Cozy Cottage is located only 8 km from the E45 which takes you North to Copenhagen (1 hour 25 mins) or South towards the ferry to Germany (1 hr). NOTE: Price is exclusive electrical consumption, which is DKR 3.00 pr KwH. charged after.

Cozy furnished annex of 39 m2 with separate bathroom. One-bedroom apartment containing double bed, sofa corner with TV with the possibility of 2 additional beds on the sofa (children), dining table space and kitchen with oven and refrigerator. The annex has been newly renovated with a gentle hand and we have tried to make it as cozy as possible. Also, outdoor nook when the weather permits. It is possible to buy breakfast if we are at home.

Enjoy the tranquility of the sun on one of the 3 terraces of the house (east, south and west) -or light up in the wood-burning stove and hop in the spa on a cold winter/fall day. The spacious kitchen has everything in equipment as well as 90 cm gas stove with 5 burners. The sunsets can be enjoyed here over the quiet, beautiful Avnø fjord.

The apartment is on the 1st floor overlooking the village's street pond and circus in the backyard, almost 0.5 km. Separate entrance, large kitchen with dining area, large living room with TV.
