Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο μιας περιοχής με δυνατότητες για πολλές εξορμήσεις και δραστηριότητες στη φύση. Αποτελείται από 2 υπνοδωμάτια, ενιαίο σαλόνι-κουζίνα, 2 μπάνια και βεράντες. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, smart TV, WiFi, σόμπα Pellet και θερμοπομπούς για το χειμώνα, air condition και ανεμιστήρες για το καλοκαίρι. Φιλοξενεί άνετα 6 άτομα.

Welcome to our beautiful traditional house in the coastal village of Platana, on the island of Evia. The house features three bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a sofa-bed, kitchen and bathrooms. The terrace overlooks the Aegean sea. The house is situated inside the village, close to restaurants and super markets, as well as the beach. In an area with 5km privacy from Kymi is a suggestion to get to know the beauties of the area and for escape from everyday life. The last 200m is a passable dirt road. In rainy conditions, attention is needed because the road becomes slippery. Located on a fenced farm with amazing views of the Aegean Sea It has a bedroom , a kitchen with a sofa bed and a bathroom.
