⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the most amazing stay at Barnard’s place! Everything was absolutely perfect — clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We were traveling with kids, and it was such a family-friendly space that made all of us feel right at home. The little touches made a big difference and helped keep everyone comfortable and happy throughout our stay. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and relaxing. The location was great, and the comfort of the space truly made it feel like a home away from home. We honestly didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next visit. As soon as we can, we’ll be back — no question about it. Thank you for making our trip so special!

We loved staying at Susanne's place! The home is quite big and spacious with high ceilings. The location is excellent and walkable to everywhere in Zona Colonial. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the many fans around the house because it was super hot in DR! The A/Cs in the bedroom were excellent and they do get nice and chilly (always remember to keep all doors and windows closed). The washer/dryer were wonderful to have (although be a little careful as it is right next to the beautiful pool). Susanne was helpful and always ready to help (e.g. offering to bring additional equipment when the wifi wasn't strong in the dining room area). It was also a nice touch to have cleaning service stop by one day. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also felt very safe. A little noise on some nights from next door music but nothing too bad. Bathrooms were spacious (hot water always came back even when shower was running for a little while). Highly recommend! Beautiful home!

Overall, great stay. The loft is very well located, right next to Maraca. The place looks just like the pictures. There is construction going on outside, but that's totally understandable since the whole area is getting upgrade. Would stay here again.

Excellent host, everything was great, we loved the accommodation.

The location was just perfect for what I needed. The roof top pool was great and very clean. Only two items I would have liked: a top sheet and extra trash bags. A TV in the living area would be nice since I don’t watch TV in bed but that’s not a deal killer. I was out and about most of the time anyway. Will stay there again if I have the need.

My husband and I stayed with our children aged 11 months and 3.5 years, where the tranquility, security and comfort reigned. We love the accommodation and above all the good attentions of Rafael for what we need in his time, having 2 children we wanted to make sure they were safe in the apartment. This apartment has everything and the best thing is to be able to go to the balcony and see the beautiful view. We were looking for restaurants, malls, supermarkets, pharmacies, the viewpoint, and we had underground parking. I must point out that the tower staff is friendly and respectful, we loved it! We liked the security of this tower very much. Definitavemente Rafael is an excellent host and next time we wish to stay in his properties. Thank you very much for your kindness and courtesy!

5 Stars – The Perfect Stay in Santo Domingo! This apartment was everything we hoped for and more! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had all the comforts we needed—AC, strong Wi-Fi, comfy bed, and even a washer/dryer which was a huge plus. Edwardo was very responsive and even accommodated an early check in !! He also recommended us to BOBA which I wanted to pack in my luggage and bring her home with my family She cooked and cleaned for us & also kept my teens company Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, safe, and convenient place to stay in the city!

Carmen is a great host. The place is super clean and looks even better than the pictures. The area is quiet and residential. Carmen is always available for any requirements. It is a good neighborhood near the biggest shopping center and best restaurants. Will get this place anytime I come back. Recommend Carmen.

It is equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment is super decorated and well maintained, all the appliances are new and work perfectly, the air conditioning is perfect, and it has a generator, in case of a power outage in the sector. About the host, I can tell you that she has 1000 stars in communication and customer service, 100% support during your stay in any situation that arises, while you are staying at her airbnb. Perfect location, close to all the malls and entertainment centers in Santo Domingo. If I return to the Dominican Republic, I would definitely stay in this beautiful and comfortable apartment. The best place in Santo Domingo - absolutely great host - we always come back here. Everything always clean, warm communication and everything nearby. Underground parking and a great terrace. Kitchen super equipped and every room has air conditioning. Claro TV or Netflix, 3 TVs. Simply a dream! THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL TIME!

This is my second time staying at Darlyn's penthouse. The place is extremely nice. Two bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms. The place looks exactly like the photos and the view from the terrace is fantastic. The neighborhood is the best in Santo Domingo in my opinion-the best restaurants in the city and the neighborhood is very walkable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Franklin is an excellent host. Extremely responsive. Be comfortable with a couple of issues with the country such as rolling blackouts (Franklin was able to explain this to us) and not so sane drivers. That aside the location was in the middle of everything. The rooftop area is beautiful and great party spot. No elevator so get ready to work out.
