Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Enskede-Årsta-Vantör

We were a group of 8 family members who stayed at Katrin's place for 3 days. The place is located very near to Alvsjo Station with bus connectivity. The location of the house is very beautiful, very near to a church. The house looks like very much a heritage old house with beautiful wooden interiors and rooms. The house has plenty of place with a huge lawn area however not so much maintained. It had all the amenities mentioned with a strong wifi. I surely recommend this house if someone is looking for a quiet neighbourhood with all facilities near to Stockholm.

Das Haus ist etwas ganz besonderes, ein Ort mit Seele! Wir haben die Zeit an diesem Platz sehr genossen und würden gerne wiederkommen. Susanna, als auch Ihr Mann, waren entzückend!

We stayed in the house for 6 days with my spouse and our child, and we were extremely satisfied with everything. One of the highlights was the stunning sea view — enjoying our morning coffee while looking out at the water was such a peaceful start to the day. The jacuzzi was also a great touch — clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The house was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in a quiet and peaceful area, which made it ideal for spending quality family time. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and atmosphere. We would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially families

Stockhol'mün kuş sesleriyle dolu sakin bir semtinde konaklama için ihtiyaç duyulan her şeyi karşılayan iyi bir deneyimdi.

Wir kamen auf Empfehlung unseres Sohnes in diese schöne Unterkunft und haben uns dort gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Check in klappte hervorragend und alles war genau beschrieben und mit Fotos erklärt. Das Häuschen ist perfekt und liebevoll eingerichtet- es fehlt an nichts! Wer nach einem Besuch in der City Ruhe, Erholung und Natur sucht, ist hier bestens untergebracht. Wir waren nur mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs- das war kein Problem Dank einer sehr guten Verkehrsanbindung. Auch im Garten in Wassernähe kann man es sich richtig gemütlich machen und den tollen Blick genießen. Kajsa und Jesper sind sehr sympathische Gastgeber, mit denen wir einen sehr netten Kontakt hatten. Wenn wir wieder einmal in Stockholm sind , kommen wir gerne wieder in dieses tolle Haus zurück!

Deze prachtige woning is echt een aanrader! Het ligt op een rustige plek net buiten de stad, maar is met het openbaar vervoer of met de elektrische stepjes die overal te vinden zijn, heel goed bereikbaar. Mattias reageert heel snel en we hebben meerdere tips die hij gaf opgevolgd. We zouden zeker terugkomen!

We hadden een top verblijf in Tyresö! Het is een knus, mooi en gezellig huisje waar alles voor handen is wat je nodig hebt! Prachtige omgeving waar je eindeloos kan wandelen in de mooie natuur en kan genieten van de rust! We hadden geluk met het weer waardoor we elke dag buiten konden aperitieven wat heel leuk was! Beautiful, spacious family home & garden in lovely residential neighbourhood. Super well eqipped.. minutes walk to gorgeous bakery and bar/restaurant. Great supermarket and metro easy 5 minute walk away. Just 3 metro stops away from city. Petter’s communication and recommendations are great. Would absolutely recommend for family visiting Stockholm.

This apartment is brilliantly located with ease to local cafes, public transport, metro station and importantly walking distance to the main city areas. We loved our visit to Stockholm and would recommend this apartment to any traveller wanting to experience and stay locally in an authentic Swedish apartment.

Tilden's place was very cozy, clean, looked just like in the photos. It's also in a very good spot, there's a metro station close and only takes 20 min to get to the centre, the distance from the apartment to the Avicii Arena was super walkable. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and beautiful. Tilden was a great host, responsive and friendly. We felt very welcomed and had a really nice time staying at Tilden's apartment!

Axel was a great host! He communicated super well and was extremely responsible. Even more, the Airbnb was incredible and super comfortable. The location was convenient and easy to get around. Also, the kitchen was well stocked and made cooking meals easy. Overall would definitely recommend the Airbnb and Axel as a host while in Stockholm!

There are hosts, super hosts, and then there’s Robin. He is that Nordic man who turns warm-hearted and kind once you get past the first sentence. The apartment is a cozy little haven, and everything is exactly as described in the listing. The location is a peaceful suburban area, yet easily accessible to central Stockholm, with Robin's precise directions ensuring a completely stress-free arrival. The free parking around is worth its weight in gold in Stockholm. Robin is incredibly attentive. His recommendations—from top pastry spots to classic Stockholm restaurants and the best places to shop for jackets—were absolute gems. The fact that he thought to stock toothpicks shows how well-tuned he is to the minor detail. The apartment is on the second floor, without an elevator (typical for European buildings), so pack light. The shower cubicle is compact—think airplane bathroom rather than a hotel spa. Thank you, Robin, for a memorable, comfortable, peaceful, and enjoyable stay.

Très bel appartement à proximité de Stockholm. Facilement accessible depuis les transports en commun. On peut y faire de belles randonnées autour dans la Forêt et autour des lacs. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

We are a family of four with two young boys, we had a lovely stay in this beautifully light-filled apartment. It was incredibly spacious, spotless, and exactly as described. The quiet yet convenient location made it a perfect base for our trip. The well-equipped kitchen made day-to-day living easy, and the extra linen and bedding were a thoughtful touch. We especially appreciated the underfloor heating in the bathroom, it kept the space warm and dry throughout our stay. Our host Lukas provided clear instructions, making both check-in and check-out seamless. Thank you for being such a considerate host! I highly recommend this place.

Madelene's place was the perfect home away from home. It was comfortable and cozy. She provided everything her guests could need, including an iron, clothing steamer, games, hair dryer, etc. I would recommend Madelene's home to anyone wanting to stay close to Stockholm without the hustle bustlw of the city.

We had a lovely time over the holiday’s at Jan place. Very nice apartment and quiet neighborhood. Short walking distance from the train station, that goes straight to central Stockholm, a very nice shopping center, with popular stores and wide rage of grocery stores. Also a short walk distance from nice nature. Jan was very good host, helpful, responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend his as a host and his place for rental.

Meget søde og hjælpsomme værter, der hurtigt reagerede på vores besked og eventuelle tvivsspørgsmål. Vi manglende intet i lejligheden og nød hver morgen og aften den skønne udsigt fra den overdækkede balkon eller fra tagterrassen. Lejligheden var flot rengjort over det hele, da vi ankom og indeholdt alt det oplyste udstyr. Alt fungerede uden problemer. En rigtig fin og overskuelig vejledning til boligen var lagt til os. Helt sikkert en bolig, der får den bedste anbefaling herfra.

Hanna & Anita's place was the perfect, cozy stay for our one week stay in Stockholm. They thought of everything to make the place feel like home, from the extra towels to coffee and tea; towels to sit on in the sauna and a clothes line inside the sauna. Anita went above and beyond during our stay. One example: After a long day of travel, we couldn't wait to relax. When we arrived to the place, it was warm and nicely lit. The sauna quickly warmed us up. If you are looking for a peaceful and comfortable place that is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close by, we recommend Anita and Hanna's place. Nice stay in good area

Jag är väldigt nöjd med lägenheten, den passade mitt besök i Stockholm perfekt. Eiad var en väldigt bra värd och gav oss instruktioner som var enkla att följa. Parkeringen utanför lägenheten var också väldigt smidigt.

Fabulous apartment in a great location with lovely views! Easy walking distance to rail and metro with access to all parts of Stockholm. The apartment is exactly as detailed in the listing - highly recommended! Alejandro is a great host and shared restaurant recommendations which we really appreciated.
