Milo's Ηouse is a ground floor 75 sq m apartment separate from our house, situated in a private property in the countryside of the town of Ancient Epidaurus. Built among olive groves and orange gardens it is 3,8 Km / 6 minutes away from the town of Ancient Epidaurus and the beaches, 13 Km / 16 mins from the Ancient theater, 35,8Km / 35mins from Nafplion. You can enjoy swimming, sightseeing and theatrical performances during the summer and the famοus "Athens Epidaurus festival".

Το πέτρινο πλήρως ανακαινισμένο σπίτι μας έχει καλαίσθητους χώρους που προσφέρουν άνετη διαμονή, οικογενειακή και φιλική ατμόσφαιρα με μπαλκόνια και θέα στο χωριό. Διαθέτει κήπο και δωρεάν χώρο στάθμευσης. Βρίσκεται μέσα στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό του Λυγουριού, 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το Αρχαίο Θέατρο της Επιδαύρου. Κοντά στο σπίτι οι επισκέπτες μας μπορούν να απολαύσουν τον καφέ και το φαγητό τους στις παρακείμενες καφετέριες και ταβέρνες.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

The large private terrace overlooks the sea and the 12-meter swimming pool in the outside living and BBQ area. The apartment is available all year round. A spacious apartment, located just 600 meters from the beach and 700 meters from the Little Theatre of Ancient Epidaurus. The apartment has one bedroom, a big living room with a large corner sofa that can easily become an additional double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The New Renovated small House is situated in the Center of Palea Epidavros, next to Shops and Restaurants, 220 m from the Sea. The location is very quiet because it is on the end of a small road.
