Located in the town of Épargnes, 15 minutes from the beaches of Saint-Georges and Royan, and 10 minutes from Meschers and Talmond. Our cottage combines the charm of yesteryear with the comforts of today. A beautiful terrace is equipped with the furniture you need for relaxing! We also offer a 10.5 m x 4.5 m indoor pool that is heated depending on the season (May/September – please contact us). Floats and bath toys available. Bedding and towels provided. In July/August, exclusively from Saturday to Saturday.

There's a hot tub on the terrace. Côte & Lodge is located in Talais on the west coast in Gironde between ocean and estuary near Soulac-sur-Mer

The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.
