Pleasant downstairs apartment in Epernay, just outside the center. Very clean and tidy. There is a nice little seat next to the front door, but on private property. Parking space in front of the door. Manon had closed the curtains and shutters so that it was cool in the house on arrival, which was very pleasant. The communication with Manon was very pleasant and smooth, she also gave tips for e.g. a bike route in the area. I definitely recommend this place!

Perfect Apartment for a weekend Epernay. All necessities are there. The location is ideal for visiting avenue de champagne and there are a lot of restaurants/cafe’s/bakeries within 5 minutes walking. Parking on the street was possible paid, but free options available in the neighbourhood. Fanny had an amazing guide with all kinds of tips for activisities and restaurants/bars.
